I enjoyed this movie a lot, as with most Disney animations. Watch a trailer of the film to see if you'd like it too. As for the SteelBook aspect (as compared to other releases), the SteelBook is a great value when you can catch it on sale. The SteelBook comes with the 4k UDH Blu-ray, which has a great picture, but also comes with a 1080p Blu-ray for older devices. Best of all, this includes a digital copy that you can register with your services like Vudu, Movies Anywhere, and Apple Movies (previously iTunes). The digital copy is in 4k where available, so it is a great option if you do not have a 4k UHD Blu-ray player, but do have a 4k streaming device, like AppleTV, Roku, or Amazon Fire Stick.

This is such a good story, good music and a perfect family night movie.

Great family movie. This movie has a little bit of something for everyone in the family. The music is great and has a sing-along quality. The story has such a good lesson that I wish my child had seen it when she was younger, not 16. Moana is an island princess and the islands food supply is diminishing and they are no longer catching enough fish. Her father won't allow anyone to go past the bay due to something from the past. Moana decided to follow her instincts and go past the bay to find what will help her people. The entire story is one large lesson on life. The Rock did a great job playing the demi god but when doesn't he do a great job.The way that they went to many Pacific Island nations to learn all the different cultures really impressed me. You could tell that they wanted to get this right. It is so much more than an animated movie. Our family will watch this movie many times. I am so glad we bought it.

I rented Moana from the play store before I purchased the movie. The movie is another great Disney movie definitely recommend it, it's fun, full of music and just a great movie. The songs get stuck in my head all the time. As far as this particular purchase goes, I bought it because someday I plan to have a 3D TV to put to use that this came with the 3D Blu-Ray, I already have a blu-ray player so I can watch it on my tv that way also I liked getting the digital download so it will be portable for me. Also with the movie there are extras you get that you don't get from renting. It came with a short film called Inner Workings which I won't spoil. There is a deleted scenes, music videos, a deleted music video, making of etc. it is just packed full of things to enjoy that enhance a person's viewing experience if those types of extras interest you. Overall 10/10 on movie and product I felt it was worth my money.
