      Hello Vilma, Thank you for reaching out. The MobiCam can be adjusted multiple ways. One way is the direction function key that you can locate under the live stream of the MobiCam, the second is by using your finger on the live stream page to navigate the MobiCam. The last is by manually moving the camera to where you want it to be.

    It makes a lot of clicking noice when it switches from light to night vison mode and in a dim room it wont know what to stay at so it just constantly makes an annoying clicking sound as its re-focusing the lens. Also makes a loud noice when you manually move the view around.

      Hello Paul, thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the inconvenience of the noise made by the MobiCam when transitioning from day to night vision. Please be advised that you can manually shut night vision ON/OFF through the device's settings (pencil with a line underneath).

      Hello Rafael, thank you for reaching out to us. When pairing multiple MobiCams to the MOBI App you would simply pair the device(s) following the prompts in the App. Once multiple MobiCams are paired you will have the camera icon which provides access to view them simultaneously.

      Hello Matt, thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the difficulty you experienced with the MobiCam. When the device loses its connection to the WiFi it will display "Offline", if it doesn't reset itself we recommend manually removing the device from your MOBI Account then pairing it back to the WiFi.
