Great watch that is extremely comfortable

It is also one of the most lightweight and comfortable watches I have ever worn. It's easy to work with and I would highly recommend this product.

Awesome watch but...

My biggest complaint is how bulky the watch is. Not heavy but watch face is just way too thick.

Posted .Hi Ricky! I'm glad your girlfriend loves the watch! To improve battery life ensure that she turns off Bluetooth and Wi-FI in connectivity when she doesn't need it as it will drain battery otherwise. There is also a Battery Saver mode in the Settings that should be enabled.

Better Than Expected

I can make calls, texts and listen to Pandora through the watches mic and speaker. All the workout must-haves and more apps you can download. For the price and it's features this smartwatch can not be beat.

Has some great features.

Texting is also great. Downside is heart monitor feature never stops loading. If it wasn't for that the watch would be perfect. I can't have my cell phone out at my job so the watch has been perfect for keeping in touch with family and friends all day.

Comfortable smartwatch

It also goes well with my outfits so I enjoy wearing it all the time. Also, it is easy to set up even for a non-tech person like me. Definitely recommend it!

Best Smartwatch for the budget minded
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Mobvoi - Ticwatch E is the BEST Smartwatch for the budget minded person. It has a heart rate monitor and Google Fit app. it also has a built-in GPS. The waterproofing is good enough if you in the rain or washing dishes but do not go swimming with it. ( Not sure it last ). The matte black polycarbonate frame is durable and the band is comfortable but small (I have large wrist). I recommend getting a larger silicone or fabric band. (I don't believe that it would look good with a leather band) Switching band will be easy the original band has a quick -connect latch. The battery life is decent for a smartwatch of this caliber. With my moderate use 16-18 hour work day with about 35% battery left. (notification,text etc.) This watch does not have NFC so you will not be able to Google Pay. (which is fine by me)

Impressive smart watch

However the slide function to clear notifications sometimes lagged. The battery barely lasts a full day. It is light weight but I think that makes the battery an issue.

Posted .Hello rsa329! Thanks for trying out our Ticwatch E! For battery to last we do recommend that you keep any items you don't immediately need off like Bluetooth or Wifi. Additionally, in case you had battery issues, you may pass the watch through three charging cycles by charging the watch to 100% and allowing it to drain to 0% three times in a row for three complete power cycles. This has solved a number of battery issues for past customers.

Works well, comfy to wear

The most noticeable downside is the band is made from a polymer/elastic, which my previous smart watch had and it's band tore. Thankfully, this watch has removeable bands.

Not worth the purchase

I do like the fact that they provide Crossfit as a workout option but the battery life just kills this device. You get about a day of battery life and that's after you turn off all the cool features. The calorie count is close to what other devices offer but the band is weird and runs your skin raw and there is no heart rate measuring available. It tracks it partly during a workout but nothing that you can really monitor well.

Had to send it back to get a new one through the company. Return policy (15 days) with Best Buy ended before my dad could really test it out.

For future reference, first try putting the watch through 3 power cycles (with charging the watch to 100% and allowing it to run completely out of power counting as 1 power cycle). Very functional

Handles all your simple functions, and I haven't even used them all yet. Only improvement I would suggest is better quality watchband. It's very basic and doesn't have the greatest feel on your skin for long periods of time.

Don’t waste the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my husband because he cracked his Apple Watch recently, and I must say it is the worst watch I have ever purchased. It doesn’t stay connected to the phone, the charge does not hold and you can’t reply to texts from it. It does track a few things but if it isn’t connected to the phone it doesn’t work. The only positive thing I would say is that the design and actual tools are easy to use and band is a really great material, it’s almost weightless. It only comes in one size ( large). I think we are accustomed to apples standards and that is why, this would be a great watch for a teenager but that’s about it.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjouy the Ticwatch E. If the watch is not staying connected to the phone, we'd recommend trying a factory reset to refresh the connection between watch and phone for standard Bluetooth connectivity usage afterwards.
A well charged Ticwatch E should last at least a full day or more if you're using the watch while actively managing Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and other functions that drain battery. Use them only when needed and easily disable from the Settings Menu.
