Opens my wine quick and the stoppers keep it fresher than my old one.

Don’t waste your money. I’ve had this thing for two days and it has yet to work. The LED light turns off after about 5 minutes of charging but no actual power coming from device when it is used. So disappointed . Will be returning and opting for a better brand probably not even from bestbuy

This thing doesn’t work right off the bat. Now I have to deal with serious inconvenience to return it. If you order from amazon or Walmart they resolve these issues a lot faster and more professional. ( Also seems like many things I have been ordering from Best Buy lately are defective)

I was a nice gift from my family for Christmas but I still like the old fashioned wine opener.

The blue light never worked. I've been too busy to exchange or return.

Mine unfortunately stopped holding a charge after just a few days. It worked fine until then, but it was very disappointing to have it break that quickly.

The reviews state the opener will open several bottles in one charge. This is not the case. It barely opens one bottle. I wish I could return this product. Waste of money.

This opener has never been capable of removing a cork from a wine bottle. I have tried to charge it, and re-charge it but it simply does not work properly.

Opens wine bottles swiftly and efficiently exactly as indicated in the instructions. The feature I particularly like is the function that reseals open bottles of wine to limit spoiling. Bought on a Deal of the Day at 50% off so it was a phenomenal bargain. Would think twice at full price.

After a 2-day charge on the charger, not enough torque to penetrate corks on 3 separate bottles/brands of wine. Probably a defective unit, I'm going to exchange it and I'll amend my review if the new unit is functioning, products are defective sometimes, it just happens. I'd give even the non-functioning unit 3 stars since there is hope that a replacement will work fine (especially considering other reviews of this product), BUT once again Best Buy's lousy 14 day return policy forces me (I travel a LOT) to make a special trip to exchange it. Subtract one star. Stay tuned for an update.
