It will take two people and a bit of time to find the sweet spot on the roof, but once you do it works great. I did this for my parents and they live about 25 miles outside of Washington, DC. They great perfect signal rain or shine. I did have an issue with the amplifier. It made the signal worse l, but once I removed it and ran another channel scan everything worked great.

I read the reviews to see if the product would be able to pick up my local channels. It is doing its job .

I live in a rural area, a couple of miles away from a major expressway. This thing gets great reception. We are pulling in stations from 50+ miles away, and we dont even have it outside yet! It just sits in a window. Easy set up, and was so happy for having all the things you need for setting it up to your tv. Most of the other "Long Range" antenna's dont give you coaxial wire, or a powered amplifier. Works great, love the picture!

Brings in 17 channels, good clear picture. When we ordered it, it came in very fast. Putting it up in the attic has helped bring in the signals really good, and cleared up the quality of the picture. We have already recommended this antenna to our neighbors. We are very satisfied with the antenna and the help we had at the store when we were looking to buy an antenna.

I read reviews and though this could work for parents house. I ended up getting a 120 mile range antenna that is much bigger. If I lived closer to a metropolitan this would have worked perfect. I also was limited to leaving inside the house and didn't mount when trying it out. Did pickup channels just trying it out inside the house. I would buy this again.

Easy to install. The cable it can with was a little short for our application, but should work for most.

I haven't actually mounted this antenna to the house yet, but I tested it when it was lying on the floor next to a window in the house. It picked up nearly 75% of the channels I was expecting to get after I mount it to the roof! The picture and sound quality was perfect! I can't wait to get this antenna up on the roof...or maybe just in the attic will suffice.

This Antenna is connected to 3 televisions in the home and provides many channels and is a clear picture.

did nut pull in major stations - returned and got a RCA ANT800z. I now get all the local stations and more. Mounted in the attic.

This antennae was easy to set up. I did have to move it around a bit to get all the channels in my area. HD picture is better than cable. I needed an extra 30 feet of cable to reach the splitter on my house, but by attaching it to the old cable splitter it does feed all 3 TVs in my house. Only complaint is I had to drill a hole to feed the amplifier to an outlet.

I live within 40 miles of some 22 "local"channels with another 8 channels within 60 miles. I mounted the antenna outside, 35' above the ground. I lined it up with a compass towards the direction most channels broadcast from. I pick up 22 channels but one channel, 19 miles in the direction the antenna faces, goes in and out regularly and even when in fully it pixilates regularly. Another channel 38 miles away comes in crystal clear until clouds develop. The supplied amplifier gains 15 db. I definitely need more gain. I now must buy a mast mounted preamplifier or an in line amplifier of greater strength. Neither of which Best Buy sells. To be fair, I am running almost 100' of coaxial cable and splitting the signal for four TV's. Despite knowing this I was told this was the antenna I needed. I took the antenna home on the day of purchase and had my new tv delivered and installed a week later by the Geek Squad, who also confirmed my antenna choice. By the time I was able to confirm the poor results my 15 days to return it were past. I will probably try an inline amplifier of greater gain (25db) hoping to solve the issues. Last resort will be to buy an antenna ( not Mohu ) for each tv.

I installed this on the same pipe mount my satellite was on and used the same cables. This was a piece of cake and works great!

This product does not perform well. It also will not receive a strong enough signal from one of the nearby major stations.

Saved us from the need to become cable users. Significantly out performs previous antenna.

Easy to connect but somewhat difficult to find a good location to mount the antenna. Apparently I live too far outside the majority of broadcast stations so I was unable to pick up more than 3 stations. I verified this by programming the antenna on my motorhome while next to the house, and it picked up the same number of stations. I'm confident this would have worked well if we lived closer to broadcast stations.
