We purchased this antenna to be able to get rid of cable and still be able to watch local channels. Once it is positioned in the best spot the signal strength was three times better than our last antenna.

So far, so good. I ran a coaxical cable directly through my Concrete Block, up the wall, to the building facia and attached the antenna there. Good reception so far. Much better than a set top antenna.

Actually works! There was a little bit of trouble with installation. We had to find the proper direction to receive a signal and were on the roof for half the weekend. But once we found the sweet spot HD TV for free every day since. Cut the cord

Too much money for an average antenna. Mounts easy but I thought because it's multi - directional , it would pick up more signals faster than the indoor one we have. A little disapponting.

If you find the right spot, this antenna really does a great job pulling in channels. Even though it is omni-directional, you do need to play with the height/position to optimize reception.

The regular price was $100 I believe and I bought it on sale for maybe $40 but it worked like any antenna you get at walmart.

In my opinion this is one of the best antennas out there for its size and price. I was so impressed with the first one, I bought a second. Highly recommend.

Either I got a bad amp or it is just useless. Only get two channels when attached. Using an amp that came with a much cheaper antenna it works pretty well. Once I get it high enough I'm sure it will work much better.

Cut the cord, and went with this in an attic. I had to get an amplified splitter for my 4 TVs, but the reception is great. I live within 30 miles of major broadcast points.

I originally went to best buy to buy the clearstream v4 antenna but the employee that helped me talked me into buying this antenna instead. According to him people return the clear stream fairly often but no one ever returns the mohu. He also said he had this antenna and it worked great. I installed this antenna on a pole over 25 feet off the ground. After scanning for channels it picked up 23 channels but you could not watch any of them. They were all broken up and going off and on with weak or no signal. I tried adjusting and even moving the antenna to other areas to no avail. I returned the mohu and bought the clearstream. The Clearstream worked great first time. Getting 29 channels. I wouldn't waste my time on the mohu. Get the Clearstream and save yourself a lot of wasted time.

    Not the best for us

Bought this as Mohu antennas are highly rated. I gave it 3 stars even though it did not work for us. My reason for the rating is that antennas are very finicky. What did not work for us may have worked for my neighbor. Placement of antenna, indoor or outdoor mount or attic mount are just some reasons why you need to try different antennas. We did receive 3-4 channels in 2 rooms and 2 channels in a 3rd room. We eventually went with a different antenna. Best Buy makes it easy as they allow returns within 2 weeks of purchase of antennas. It is just sheer luck, if one does not work, try another!

This antenna has picked up many more stations and much clearer than my old "rabbit ear" type antenna. The range wasn't as good as advertised, however my home is in a low area of the county and surrounded by trees.

I can't get cable and the other antennas were very ineffective. I live near a train track and everytime the train went by I would lose signal completely. Things are much better now. Installation wasn't bad either.

Extremely easy to mount and has great reception. I'm even using a splitter to share the signal with 2 TVs and I'm not having any problems at all with the major channels.

We cut the cord, got this one for our living room tv. It's at the top peak up in our attic. I'm thinking about moving it outside to see if I can get more channels.

This is a Best Buy branded Mohu antenna with a supposed 60 mile range and multi directional. It works most of the time, but occasionally drops signals for PBS stations or cuts out off and on during a show. It did require a booster when we initially set it up. At present we have it connected to 2 TV's and on the older tv it doesn't pick up the same channels as the newer tv. We have it on a pole outside at least 20 feet in the air. Mostly satisfied but will likely replace down the road.
