One tv can’t get all the channels, the other is by a window and the reception is horrible. Wondering now if we need something else to make them work.

With any antenna, it is always best to place the antenna in a few different spots to try and find the best reception. We also have a free app called Antenna Point that will help. You can download it to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. Remember to always re-scan for channels each time the antenna is moved. If you need any assistance or have any farther questions, please call us at 877-825-5572. We are here 7 days a week to assist.
