Suggest, if you are going to put up an Antenna you buy an in=attic or outdoor version with some range.

There are also many other factors that could be causing reception issues, such as, other electronics in your living space or the signal could just be located on the opposite side of the house. If you have not already returned the product, please give us a call at 877-825-5572 and our customer service team will run a FREE signal analysis to try and pinpoint what the problem could be.
