It doesn't pick up signal easily despite placing it around the house in many location in hopes of making it work.its been 1.5 years and we still have trouble finding a sweet spot for it to work!!

Posted .Please check your TV owners manual to see if your TV has an ATSC tuner. If not, you will need to purchase a converter box. Best Buy sells them online. Connect the antenna to the converter box, connect the convert box to you TV , and then run a channel scan on the converter box. Please call our tech support if you need some assistance. It was so simple to set up and my picture is great. It took me only a few minutes and I know nothing about technology. It really does work well! However the picture in the directions shows it being vertical and it's horizontal so a bit confusing. Also, I can't seem to find my favorite channel

You add on the stand to the back of the antennae and attach to tv. Configuring the channels is also easy to do. I wanted an antennae that I didn’t have to attach to a window and this is perfect. The long cable is perfect to move it around and the Antennae is a nice style. I have the white one. I’m using this on my bedroom tv and is perfect with my smart tv. I get 60 channels and am very pleased with my purchase. I told my coworker about the antennae and she ended up buying 2 and is also very pleased with results. She lives in a part of the city that homes are made of brick or plaster and are close together . Reception is great. We highly recommend trying it.

Channel reception is great. Has HD channels and 40 mile range. This antenna may put me on the road to cutting the cord with over-priced cable.

Just plugged it into my television (an Insignia) and, after scanning, I suddenly have over 50 channels. I watch little TV so this is a nice, very inexpensive alternative to cable, satellite etc. if you just want some basic channels without all the premium stuff. Excellent product.
