Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I live 18 miles from San Francisco so I assumed a 40 mi range would work…. It didn’t my TV did not find a single channel when hooked up to this antenna

Posted .Greetings! Thank you for your feedback on our Mohu Arc Indoor HDTV Antenna. We are very sorry to hear this. It is odd to not be receiving any signal at all with this antenna. Before you return the antenna, please give us a call at 877-825-5572. We do have a manufacturer's warranty on all our Mohu Antennas, so we would like to troubleshoot to see what the issue could be so we can make this right for you. We are here 7 days a week to help!
