I'm in the center of a walled complex and I still get most of channels available. Good purchase. I would suggest placing it on the wall or setting near a window. Easy to use. just plug into tv and have the TV search for signals

I bought this for my daughter. She lives in an apartment in the city where TV reception is poor, but with this antenna, she is getting more channels and better picture quality than she did with her old antenna.

Very good antenna! A much clearer picture and I was able to pick up at least altogether 172 channels from where I live. Happy with my choice and quality of product.

So far we've had success with this antenna. We can pick-up all of the local channels we need it for. Our initial scan came up with almost 60 channels. We weeded out the ones we didn't want and still have close to 45. Well worthy the money in my book.

Indoor antenna that sits on a desk or table. For local news and programs within a 40 mile radius. This one only needs the cable attachment that is on the back of your TV. If you don't have cable this antenna works well.

Very nice antenna for the money. Reception is excellent within the antenna's range and still pretty good even outside the range. This model is free standing which allows it to be re-positioned easily. I like it so much, bought 2 more for the other TV's.

I was very fortunate to get this on Clearance just before they sold out! Set up was easy, and I am able to get the local tv stations that are not available on the internet. It is an excellent value.

I thought I found the perfect placement for the antenna, but then a few days later, I started getting touchy reception. Then I moved it, and voila, everything worked again. Don't ask me, it didn't make sense. All-in-all, this is a great produce for cable cutters. It's SUPER easy to operate (coaxial cable into the TV, that's it) and it has a long cable to reach say, a window, for better reception. Again, the biggest drawback was it working in one spot one day and another the next. I haven't had the issue but once, so I hope it was an anomaly, but for the price I can deal with that.

Great antenna for the price. Able to pick up big broadcast channels. Independent channels a little iffy.

This is exactly what I expected. Good quality and great reception. I live close to the broadcasting antennas so, I didn’t needed anything more powerful than this.

I like this antenna. It picks up most of the local channels, not sure why it doesn’t pick up all, but i get perfection HD reception, except for one rainy night, I had to keep moving it around. Maybe I should have purchased the next size/distance 60. I would definitely recommend this brand to my friends, I actually had my coworker purchasing this one, but I think they’re very pricey....

I bought this so I could see one of the local channels that I lost a few months ago. It was very easy to setup and use. The picture quality is also very good and picked up about 18 stations. For the price, you really can't beat it.

Does not work well if you got trees and buildings in the way of where your are pointing the antenna. I think it would work better if you were overlooking all the buildings and trees. I gave it a 4 star because its a nice looking antenna at a great price and and was easy to assemble. I would have gave it a 5 star if I would of got all of the channels i wanted. I would say try it, if it don't work, then you can always return it.

I purchased two antennas one 60 mile range and this one a 40 mile. The clerk said all I would need is the 40 mile one. It doesn’t stand very well. Picked up about 12 channels. Lost singnal quite often. The 60 mile antenna was by far the better purchase. If your looking for just a few channels this will work. I didn’t like the design and the stand is junk.

I’m torn what to rate this because I love the idea of it. It has a little stand and sits nicely on your entertainment unit, shelf, etc. When I had gone to the website to find out how many channels I could expect it’s sad around 50 but after trying it on multiple televisions I got no more than about 10. I’m going to try one with a longer range to see if that works because this is one of the only ones that doesn’t look like you’re a tech geek by having to put it on your wall. I purchased another antenna before this and was not satisfied with that one's ability to pick up local TV signals. I thought I give this a try, same price, and works much better. I am satisfied. The length of the cable should be longer so that I have more flexibility to position it.

In working to cut the cable, I wanted an antenna to collect local channels off the air. This unamplified, passive Mohu was a snap to set up and with a TV antenna scan, provided 20 local channels. So far, so good.
