I get 20 chanels with the less expensive antenna. I only get about 6 with this one on a good day,

Posted .We really do appreciate your feedback. We are very sorry the Arc Pro antenna is not working out for you. We hope that once you hooked up the new antenna that you rescanned your TV for channels. When removing an existing antenna, the TV tuner locks in on those frequencies. When you connect a new TV antenna it is important to rescan the TV for channels. If you would like us to troubleshoot to see why you may not be receiving certain channels, you can contact us 7 days a week at 877-825-5572. Thank you!
