We really do appreciate your feedback. Sorry the Arc Pro antenna didn't work out for you. We hope that once you hooked up the new antenna that you rescanned your TV for channels. When removing an existing antenna, the TV tuner locks in on those frequencies. When you connect a new TV antenna it is important to rescan the TV for channels. Thank you Mohu

Works good but can't get channel 3 KIII. Probably not the antenna's fault.

In the SETX market you can pick up 3-4 channels. Overall a good product but better in a large market where more digital channels are available.

I've lived off of only internet for a few years now. It's mostly easy to do with all of the streaming services you can subscribe to ala carte now instead of paying for a bunch of cable channels you'll never watch. The only issue you run into is watching live TV sometimes. Local sports and other time sensitive programming is often challenging. This antenna works pretty well for me. I'm in the suburbs. About 30 miles outside of the city so I understand that getting perfect OTA TV isn't always possible without a nice expensive antenna on the roof. But this one works probably better than I was expecting. Setup was pretty easy as it just plugs into your normal coax inout on your TV. The actual largest hassle was getting behind entertainment center to add another USB plug to plug in the amplifier. After that, I just stuck the antenna pointing out of the window and scanned for channels on my TV. Surprisingly, I got most of the channels I should get. The only channel I was missing was CBS (but it's one of the few network channels that I actually pay money for so I wasn't too concerned about that). I'm sure there are extra digital channels somewhere out there that I might be missing but nothing I was expecting to see (aside from CBS) was missing. I don't have a lot of options as far as where to put the antenna so I didn't move all around looking for the best location or anything. I'm actually convinced, if it was important to get CBS, I'd be able to use the lights on the front of the antenna to find a little better signal and pick that up too with some different positioning. Picture quality shouldn't really be discussed here since all OTA signals are digital now but the channels I was able to scan into my TV seem very stable and I didn't notice any fluctuations in signal or dropping of the signal in my testing. All in all, this antenna was better than I was expecting. I'm a firm believer in getting what you pay for. This one isn't the cheapest antenna around but it's certainly not the most expensive either. If it fits in your budget and you're in the 20-40 mile range from the city, you can probably use this one. From the box, I do see there are other options for people who live IN the city and people who need more range by mounting it on the roof. So pick the one that's right for you!

The item doesnt get adequate channels and constantly goes in and out. When it works its great! But thats a rare case that it works. May have to revert to cable. Bought this for my elderly aunt who doesnt want real cable but at this point this maybe the only option.

I set this antenna up with my 4K TV on the second floor of my house. I am 10 miles from the center of the city and 22 miles from the largest city where the majority of the towers are, however the terrain is rolling hills with up to 1100' elevation difference. Setup is easy, plug antenna into a power source and into your TV and setup is complete. The signal indicator status is nice, as it shows the signal level. No matter where I positioned the indoor antenna I was only able to receive 2 or the total 4 lights for signal strength. Based on nocable.org I should have excellent signal on 5 networks. When running through the auto channel setup, my TV found 40 channels, but only 2 of the 5 major networks I expected to receive. The pros are that these channels are great quality, both come in at 4k, with no signal delay, stutter, or picture distortion. I was impressed with the number of channels I was able to pick up and the ability to keep consistent signal for these channels. The negative is that I was disappointed that I couldn't receive enough signal to pick up all 5 networks. If you are in the city or in an area without terrain challenges, this may be the perfect antenna for you. However in the rolling hills of Tennessee I was unable to get the full signal range I expected.

Cut my cable and wanted to get an antenna for local channels, however this one has to be right by the window to be able to find any channels. Our TV outlet is not close to any windows and therefore we could not get any local channels. I wish they would write on the box that it needs to be by the Window. Returned the item.
