In these cases, we suggest moving the antenna to a couple different locations and running some additional channels scans after moving the antenna to see if you can pick up the signals that are not coming in. An incomplete product that doesn’t perform anyway

The USB power converter for the amplifier is not included - you can use a cell phone charger if you have an extra one - but the instructions in the box say you can contact the company to have a power converter sent to you. Wrong! The company is no longer providing power converters and only offers instructions on how to use the antenna without one. Plus, powered or not (I tried both ways), the performance of this premium-priced antenna is unacceptable; in fact, it doesn't work any better than the $14 antenna I’d been using previously (and I’m less than 15 miles from the local broadcast towers).
