Works as advertised!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will start out by saying I am roughly 30 miles away from the tower with the majority of my local HD channels. I have tried a lot of the cheaper $19.99 antennas that claim a 40 or 50 mile range and I was able to pick up some channels, but they were constantly cutting out, so I was excited to give this one a try. Surely a antenna rated for 60 miles would work for me! Surprisingly enough....it did! Getting the antenna set up was a piece of cake. Pretty much everything you need is in the box. The antenna, a little stand that you can attach very easily, and the amplifier unit itself with a short coaxial cable and USB power cable. One thing missing was a power supply to plug the USB cable into so you could plug it into a wall jack. Not a huge deal since a lot of TV's have USB ports these days. But just know that if yours doesn't, you will need to buy an adapter to plug the USB into a standard wall outlet. Once I got it plugged into my TV I did a channel scan and found 26 over the air channels. More than any other antenna I have ever used at my current location. One thing I like about the Mohu Arc Pro is that it has a few little LED lights on the front of the antenna that shows how strong of a signal you have. That really helps in setting up the location, cause you can see just how strong of a signal you have on the antenna itself. I went through all the channels it found and on a clear sunny day all of them came in clear with a strong signal. I tried again on a cloudy day and had the same results. I even tried when there was a line of strong thunderstorms passing through and all of the channels came in crystal clear with no breaking up. I'm not saying this is the best antenna out there, but from my experience it has worked better than anything else I've tried. If you've been having trouble getting a good and consistent signal where you live, definitely give this antenna a try...it might be just what you are looking for! I know it all depends on how close your tower is and the topography of the land and all those different factors, but it worked for me, and may work for you!

Works well; a bit awkward to keep standing up
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was surprised to see how well the reception was on my tv with this indoor antenna; its rated for 60 miles, and I live about 40 miles away from the tv towers in Phoenix, but I was able to get 35 channels connected, almost all perfectly, setting this up on my bedroom dresser. There are about 60 OTA channels out here, so I was impressed to get that many with an indoor antenna! If you are looking for a good indoor antenna, and are less than 60 miles or less from your towers, this should work well for you!

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.absolutely no signal pickup in my home. Have power applied through usb and only one green led is lit no matter where I position it. TV scan finds zero stations. I am in FL where it is flat so I expected at least a few local stations.

Waste of money nothing else
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Waste of money nothing else.. If you use it indoors it’s a failure no matter what. If you’re lucky you live in the heart of a city then you might be in luck with this device otherwise anywhere outside of 10 mile radius and it’s out of your hands.

Posted .Hi there! We apologize the Mohu Arc Pro Amplified HDTV antenna is not working out for you. Did you happen to re-scan for channels each time you tried a different location? Didn’t work for me
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tested this on our TV in the guest bedroom which is on our second floor and it didn’t work. Me got one basic channel which was ABC7. Couldn’t get Fox, CBS or NBC. Even with the amplifier it was no good. I returned it and will try a different option.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well built, great price, easy to set up but returned it. We have a hard time getting reception for TV in our area. We live in a suburban area, with towers all over . . . BUT, It must be a so called “dead zone”. Even have issues with our cell phones.

Cord Cutter Recommended Amplified HDTV Antenna
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Mohu arc Pro Indoor Amplified HDTV Antenna is a very good antenna. It has a 60-mile range rating and is intended for use in the suburbs and that is exactly where I am located. This antenna comes with an integrated TV Signal Indicator to aid one is placing the antenna optimally to get the best signal. In addition, it comes with a First stage power injected amplifier (15db Pre-Amp Gain) to aid in reducing or eliminating pixelation and improve reception capabilities. The antenna also features advanced interference filtering, which is used to prevent interference from 3G/4G/5G signals. Setup is very easy and straight forward and is aided by the TV signal indicators on the front of the antenna to aid in placement although I am not sure how precise the signal indicator is. Overall throughout my tests, the unit attached to this antenna had a high-quality picture (1080p HD) and I noticed no pixelation using it. This was especially true on channels in the upper end of the HD channel range, which other antennas I own have had heavy pixelation on them. This antenna is also advertised as being 4K UltraHD Ready, but I was not able to test that since I don’t have any 4K devices and I am not sure any of my local channels are broadcasting at that level. Pros: • does the job it was intended to do. • Crisp, clean picture at 1080p Cons: • None noted

Not worth the hype
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After all the online research plus best buy employee opinion thought I was getting something great but not so much. Even with strength meter showing full signal it will only pull in 2 channels out of the 60 I'm in range of.

Posted .Greetings! Thank you for your feedback on our Arc Pro antenna. We are sorry this product did not work for you. We hope that once you hooked up the new antenna that you rescanned your TV for channels. When removing an existing antenna, the TV tuner locks in on those frequencies. When you connect a new TV antenna it is important to rescan the TV for channels. Thank you.

Posted .Hi Garydg, When you live in a condo or an apartment community you will need to move the antenna around in your living space to find the best reception, up high on the wall or placing the antenna in a window will provide the best results. Please rescan your TV for channels every time you move the antenna as the TV tuner locks in on channels when you scanned previously. We hope this helps. If you need some assistance, chat with us online at gomohu.com. Thank you!

Slim profile with excellent indoor reception
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're in the market for a HDTV antenna looking to catch as many free channels as you can grab over the airwaves at a reasonable cost and easy installation, the Mohu Arc Pro Indoor Dipole HDTV antenna might just be what you're looking for. It was very simple to set up using the provided coaxial cable and USB powered amplifier. I have my positioned indoors, mounted an interior wall behind my 65" 4K Smart TV, on the bottom floor of a two story house in the suburbs. Considering the potential for plenty of interference due to it's surroundings, the antenna was still able to pick up stations I wasn't able to get previously using a standard antenna. The small green lights on the front were useful to know it was powered and the strength of the signal it was receiving. The antenna claims to have a 60 mile range and is omni-directional so you shouldn't need to wander around the area you wish to install it for too long to find a good location to place or mount it using the provided bracket/mount. I would recommend this to anyone in the market for a mid/upper-range, new technology, and easy to install indoor amplified HDTV antenna.
