We really do appreciate your feedback. Sorry the Arc Pro antenna didn't work out for you. There are many factors that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or where the towers are located could be on the opposite side of your home. Also, your home could be made of materials, such as brick or metal and these materials block TV signals. We are here to help if you would like us to perform a free signal analysis in your area to help you get the best TV signals at your location. Call us at 877-825-5572 or you can chat with us online at https://store.gomohu.com/HD-TV-antennas.html. We are here 7 days a week! Thank you Mohu

Hi Trish19! We apologize this antenna did not work for you. We recommend you try our Transmitter Locator at https://www.gomohu.com. Just enter your address or zip code and you will be able to see where the towers are located, the number of TV channels available in your area, and the distance from your home to each tower. This will help pinpoint which antenna would be right for you. We do greatly appreciate you trying our product and providing feedback. Thank you for your business! Mohu

Mohu's website shows there are 6 channels available for my address and that's exactly what I get with signal strength of 2 out of 4 indicators in my house. Setup only takes a few minutes following the instructions on connecting the cables with the amplifier, antenna and tv. Once connected I ran the search on my tv and programmed in the stations that the antenna was picking up. If you are in the market to cut the cord, I would recommend putting your address into Mohu's TV for Free search on their website and see which channels this antenna can pull in for you and it will deliver.

First, the instruction leaflet was quite unclear and appears to be the one used with every model of every antenna they make. sigh. This model needs power, but they did not incllude a power cube to plug the usb into. The leaflet says to contact Mohu for the AC adapter. I chose to use another one I had available. In addition to needed cables, it came with a 'stand' that appears to sanp into the back of the antenna. I had a hard time making it stay in the slots. Fortunately it doesn't weigh much. It dows have slots for hanging it from the wall or other surface,. After getting the thing plugged in and wired to the tv, i came up with two green led dots on the antenna. Looks like it might have up to four, but the leaflet is sadly lacking in information. We have four television stations within 40 miles. When I switched the TV to antenna, I was unable to pull up any of them. The screen said low signal. So, I took the antenna and tv outside, but it did not get any better.

Very clear picture quality and super easy to set up. Pretty much ready to go out of the box. I would highly recommend this for people who mainly pay for streaming services who want to get their local news without having to pay for expensive cable packages!

The Mohu is a sleek looking antenna. This model is amplified and has 4 levels of lighted strength on the front. It is rated at 60 miles, however it does no better or worse then my other brand named antenna. I live about 3 miles from fox 2, but channels 2-1 thru 2-4 can come in very sketchy. Otherwise all other 1080 channels come in in some instances more crisp then cable.

Tested the Mohu Arc-Pro against a non-amplified SilverSensor in a very challenging area in my house. The TV that was used to test the antennas are located in the lower level of my house which is situated in a valley with dense trees and houses around it. So there are plenty of signal multi-paths and blockages that would be a challenge for TV reception. The SilverSensor is supposedly a directional antenna and the Mohu Arc-Pro is an amplified omni-directional antenna that supposed to receive channels up to 60 miles away. According to AntennaWeb, I should be able to receive 56 channels, four being on the Hi-VHF frequencies. The SilverSensor is an UHF-only antenna and I was able to receive 46 out of 52 possible channels (less the four Hi-VHF channels). The TV’s signal meter all showed that the signal strength to be in the 38% range. The good thing about digital TV reception is that as long as you have a good enough of a signal, the picture is clear. When the Mohu Arc-Pro was connected to the TV, I was still not able to receive any of the Hi-VHF channels. After much fiddling around with antenna placement, I was finally able to spot the antenna in a location that gave me the most channel reception. What I was able to receive was only 39 of the possible 56 channels albeit that the signal strength for these channels were in the 80% range. So overall, I was totally disappointed with the Mohu Arc-Pro since I was hoping that it would do much better than the SilverSensor and also be able to receive the Hi-VHF channels that the SilverSensor could not. I can’t rate this antenna highly since it did not live up to its billing and performed worse than a non-amplified antenna. It should be noted that many UHF channels will be remapped to Low-VHF and Hi-VHF frequencies since FCC had auctioned off some of the UHF TV frequencies for wireless communication usage. This repacking of frequencies is all supposed to be completed by early 2020 so it will even be more challenging for some to receive over-the-air TV reception in the very near future. I know of at least 6 of the UHF channels that I am currently able to receive to be repacked to VHF frequencies so the Mohu Arc-Pro will not be an antenna solution for me. Obviously although this antenna didn’t and won’t work for me, your situation will be different and you may get better results from this antenna.

The antenna is easy to install and gives us cable-cutters a decent option for local programming. We are well away from the urban center and signals aren't always great, which is to be expected. I was, however, a bit surprised at how few channels were available to us. Still, we do get a number of channels that we value and they're more than enough.

    Good Antenna for Indoors

This product is a decent antenna for indoor use as it picks up all of the local channels at my location. I was hoping that it could receive a fringe station or two, but it does not. I cannot find fault with it since of course reception is affected by many factors that are beyond its control, however I must rate it as average since I already have an older antenna that receives the same stations. If you need a new indoor antenna I would recommend it since it performs as advertised and the set up was very easy.
