Received very few channels. Not what I expected. Could be my location. Gave it to my mom in NYC and she got 2 more channels.

I can’t give this a fair review as I bought this for my wife’s grandmother. Since buying it, I’ve had to run over several times to play IT Guy, and fix it. I’ll say this, if you live in a basement apartment/condo, and have a concrete patio that your tv sits next to….this may not be the best idea.

Hi Mike! We appreciate your feedback of our Mohu Arc PRO. We are sorry this product is not working out for you. In an apartment building, even indoor antennas can be tricky. Try placing the antenna as high as possible, as trees and buildings can block the TV signals. You will also need to face the antenna towards the largest cluster of towers in your area. You can download our FREE app Antenna Point from iTunes or Google Play or visit our website using the following link to see the towers in your area https://www.antennasdirect.com/transmitter-locator.html. You may need to move the antenna to several locations to find the best reception. Remember to rescan for channels at every location you place the antenna before permanently attaching the antenna to any surface. If you need assistance, call us toll-free at 1-877-825-5572 and we will evaluate your home location for you and provide tips on receiving the best signals. We are available 7 days a week to help. Thank you for your honest review. Mohu

I now have three of these. They work great! I use the stand but the stand is not ideal. My easy fix was using some painters tape on the back to secure. Easy fix. Be prepared it requires coaxial connection and also a USB to power. Also the cord is already permanently attached to the antenna. So if you need more length you will need an extension.

I have tried a few of the indoor flat panel antennas in the past with mixed results and ultimately ended up returning them. I decided to try one more time with the Mohu Arc Pro. This one has been a keeper for me. I will note that in my situation and I am guessing for most people it helps to get the antenna as high as you can in your house as it will make a huge difference. I had it on the first floor of my home when I started and picked up only a handful of channels, I think it was around 15. I ended up getting a 25 foot coaxial cable and ending up putting the antenna up in my den loft about 15 feet or so above the television. I now get around 65 channels and even better the channels have remained solid with no need to rescan even WBBM Chicago which in the past was always difficult to get in. At some point I am planning to get a Homerun HD tuner and connect the antenna to that which will allow me to get rid of the 25 foot coaxial cable running from the TV. So for me this works great and I am very happy, but as always YMMV given the location of your home to the towers.

    DOESN'T WORK IN SONOMA

I bought this antenna in hopes that it would work in Sonoma. When I checked a few years ago, I was told it wouldn't work because Sonoma is in a valley; however, when I visited the store in December, I was told it might. It didn't; no channels appeared and the person who was connecting it told me it doesn't work where he lives...in Windsor. Disappointed because I cut the cord with Comcast!

Plugging it in to the TV was easy. Getting the TV to talk to it was difficult. Instructions were very limited. we get over 50+ channels. Many are in Spanish, but we now can watch football for free. Basic channels ABC CBS etc. All come in clear. I just wish we had bought this months ago after we dropped our cable.

I am able to get very basic reception with this, but on the two channels that I tend to watch the most. I have always had trouble getting reception in my apartment due to the direction my unit faces, and the interference from buildings near by. This works better than the flat model with the longer chord that I also tried. Though I often have to move its location and hold it at a weird angle.
