I Spent alittle more and got a better one and its miles better

I bought this in order to have a few channels when moving into a new home. The main purpose was just to get the news to keep up to date before my cable provider had time to get to my new place, and I was not able to get any channels clear channels for any substantial amount of time. I would not recommend buying this, not worth the price or the hassle of returning it.

A sales person at Best Buy recommended the Mohu Leaf 30 indoor HDTV Antenna to me. I took it home discovered that the installation was so simple that even I could do it. I installed the antenna on a window behind my tv, did a channel search, and in 10 minutes I had 44 HDTV channels. So I've gone from $150 a month to a one time payment of about 40 bucks to watch the same channels. I think that's pretty fair horse trading.

We purchased three and one can not get as many as the other two, no matter how much we move it around.

Have been trying to get this thing to work, it is unstable and does not receive signals very well.

Easy to set up, but not able to get any channels we would actually watch. Going to return this item.

I am very disappointed with this antenna because of the poor reception. I tried to set it in different places but it didn't get any better. A friend of mine got a much better reception using a wire clothes hanger instead. I relied on the good reviews and I don't know if mine was bad luck but this purchase was nothing else than wasted money.

Reception is pretty horrible on this item. Constantly losing the signals it does get.

I returned this product. I was unable to get acceptable coverage or reception.

I couldn't know get the majority of my local channels living 35-40 miles away.

Not as strong as suggested, many channels struggled to maintain clarity.

We set this up near the coast in San Diego County. It picked up only 3 or 6 stations (inconsistent) and we ended up installing basic cable instead. Waste of time. Was not able to get a refund, only a Best Buy gift certificate because I held on to the antenna for more than two weeks trying to get it to work.

this antenna replaced another indoor antenna that was several years old and what a difference - in addition to being almost invisible it brought in over the air stations that i have not been able to get before - for the price you just can't beat it.

It does work but it claimed it found thirty channels but only two would play

If you live within 25 miles of where signals are transmitted this product is fine. My setup of the antenna was as simple as taking it out of the box, connecting the cables, putting it on the wall directly behind and slightly above my TV and going through the TV auto setup that adds channels. All the digital channels I should be able to get in my area I have and signal strength is usually 100% for the majority of the channels. My TV is located in an area the faces towards, but slightly angled left of signal transmission and I'm sure that helps. Check http://www.antennaweb.org/ before installing. Another factor of purchase was the discount of buying a bundle of this antenna and a Roku stick. For less than $60 it was a low upfront cost in switching over from a satellite provider to getting local broadcasts through the antenna and streaming services through Roku.

I'm not at home and needed to be able to record my TV time.
