Customers are saying

Customers regard the Leaf 50 Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna with 60-Mile Range highly for its overall performance, providing clear and crisp channels, and its ability to receive a plethora of channels. The antenna's slim design and small size are also appreciated for seamlessly blending into any decor. However, some customers have noted that the actual range may be less than what is advertised.

I love this antenna. It picks up a lot of stations where I am. I didn't want to spend a lot of money and glad I went with the 50 instead of 30. (Just in case,a little further out of larger city) Easy to hide for me also.

I was able to pick up lots of channels off the air. The push pins were a little difficult to use due to their size, but overall this was a fairly simple antenna to set up. I'm very happy with this, and glad I was able to get rid of cable.

I bought this with a fair bit of skepticism but it works quite well. I have it connected to a TV in the basement with no windows or access to an exterior wall and I manage to pick up about 25 channels that I couldn't before.

This product is going to vary for everyone. I’m close to a large metropolitan area and I get about 20 channels and maybe 5 I would want to watch. Great to watch football!

When I got this I was kind of doubtful it would work in a basement area . . . just hopeful. But no dice. No OTA signal could be recovered in a day basement and we did not have a window nearby. Not the product, just a circumstance of location.

Bought this as an experiment to see if I could get enough reception to go through with cutting my cable. I still have cable to this day, BUT this antenna really does pick up alot of over the air channels. I feel that because of this product, I will eventually cut my cable. I live in a fairly urban area with lots of city around me so this antenna picks up lots of channels and the reception is clear HDTV. Not sure how it would work for more rural locations, but if you are in the "50" mile radius of towers, you will be pleased with this antenna.

Easy setup. Purchased for dad in a memory care facility instead of paying for cable TV. He likes it and it is easy for him to use....just turn on the TV! Trying to talk my spouse into cutting cable and going this route.

This item works well but only when against a window. The problem is that the coaxial cable connection is too heavy and thick to allow the antenna to lay flat and not pull away from the window.

I read the reviews of this product and was very surprised at how poor this antenna is. The first thing you notice when you take it out of the box is how cheap the materials are. It says "Premium materials components and cables" right on the box. What a joke! They use cheap RG59 cable, when any quality product would use quad shield RG6 at a minimum. The "amplifier" weighs almost nothing, and I question what's really inside it since it measured no difference on my signal meter. Regardless, I tried it in several locations and it actually pulled in fewer stations than a free rabbit-ear antenna that came with my TV. I called Mohu's technical support, and they were nice enough and made a couple of suggestions, but nothing that worked. I seriously question if any of these positive reviews actually compare this antenna to another one, because if they did, this one would score pretty low. It's just an overpriced piece of garbage. I will be returning it and cannot recommend it to anyone.

I had another antenna on this TV and was only able to receive three channels. With the Mohu Leaf 50, I get eight, none of which are network. While an improvement, it is disappointing. Location is the likely issue although the website I checked indicated I would receive many more channels.

Absolutely thrilled with the Mohu-Leaf fifty amplified HDTV antenna. Getting great picture on all the basic channels, ABC, CBS, NBC, and PBS. I'm also surprised by all the other stations available: shows I have not seen in decades. It's great to be away from the big cable companies for TV viewing. Another plus- the black side of the antenna blends in almost perfectly with the dark charcoal of my living room walls.

With increased frustration in the use of cable going offline my wife investigated and asked me to purchase this for our home use. It works so well we bought 2 more to support the TVs in our bedroom and home office.

The antenna works great as long as the weather is calm. It is amazing that I can pick up the channels from Milwaukee. I wish the reception were a little more stable. It was a breeze to setup.

I got this antenna to view local channels. Unfortunately, I’m not always able to get the 3 main channels. I don’t use this as much as i thought i would but it works for most channels.

I tried using an amplified rabbit-ear antenna. This flat antenna picks up more stations and in better definition. Extra stations means more viewing options. I am very happy with this product.

Picks up all major networks - cbs, nbc, abc and fox. Depending on placement on wall it might make a difference between picking a channel up and not picking one up. Had to move it over 1 foot or so on a different wall in order to pick up NBC.

You'll need patience when setting this up. Don't return it the next day. Just move it inches in another direction. Some stations are stronger in day rather than night. Move again until all are strong and you've found the antennas sweet spot.
