I bought this to try at a cabin in the mountains, but I couldn't get it to work. Must be high up to receive a signal. Said it had a 60 mile range so I guess the mountains blocked any chance of picking up the air waves. Nice compact antenna, and easy to hook up. Tried it on another TV at home near town and it worked just fine. I guess placement is everything with this model.

There's not much to say about this product. Just plug it in put it in your window and go you get all the local channels in HD for the most part without pain. The only problem is which is basically me and where I live in lower Manhattan on the second floor every time a truck goes by or Parks right in front of my window cuz I'm right close to the street I get a distorted or pixelated picture. Other than that this is a great item to have. I imagine what it would look like if I lived on the 10th or higher floor.

Recommend by Best buy employee, worked out very good, beyond 24 miles reception in and out depending on the weather. Getting 20+ free channels.

I have 3 of these in my home and the signal strength is good, but remember to put on an exterior wall. You will need to experiment with different spots to find the best reception. Higher up on the wall works best for my needs. Bought additional units for my mom, sister and nephew.

This antenna does exactly what it says it will do. I purchased it for my mother-in-law whose TV would not get reception with her old "rabbit-ears" antenna. After purchasing two newer "rabbit-ears" antennas and having some of her channels still missing, I coughed up the money and bought this one for her. She went from only having 20 channels to having 48 channels come clear as cable. The only drawback was hanging it up as the double-sided tape they provided fell after a day.

I needed an antenna for local stations. I bought the Leaf Metro which pulled in all channels great. Easy to set up. Only I didn't get NBC (which is only about 20 miles away.) So I upgraded to the Leaf 50...and saw no discernible difference in quality among all of my stations and still no NBC. Come to find out, NBC is blocked in my area which is why I didn't get the station. But Both antennae were great to work with and seemed to bring in good quality picture/sound.

Antenna is working fine and is not an ugly one with antennas. But because of the location of my window, I do not pick up ABC and CH 11. Otherwise a stable HD picture

I live in a mountainous region, so the number of stations I receive is limited, but the quality of the stations I do get is very good. The flat design is nice - I have it laying on top of a bookshelf and is completely hidden. And laying it flat actually gave the best reception.

I live on the ground floor of a brick apartment building. My windows all face South. The signal towers are in the West. I hung the antenna on the West wall and I get good reception. I tried it in the window but the reception was not as good. There is a balcony above the window so that may be why. I do not get PBS but I can watch it online. I did not look at reviews before i bought it. Went into Best Buy to see what they had. I talked to a sales rep that had a Leaf 50 antenna and said it worked well, so I tried it and it does work well.

I got this antenna because I bought the Roku, and I wanted my local channels. I live in the city where there are trees around my house. This antenna worked, and I had a clear picture; however, I couldn't get all the stations on my t.v. I was impressed that I picked up other stations that I didn't even heard of though. I ended up returning it because I got a great deal through my satellite service. Once that expires, I will definitely be back to get this antenna or maybe the one that has higher reception.

Works well but like all indoor open air antennas location makes all the difference. Check the internet for where tv antennas are in your area. If you can place this antenna in a window that faces an antenna it will pick up that station if it's within the 50 mile range, if not you might not. So you location makes all the difference. Saying that I'm in an apartment on the bottom floor. I hooked up cheap rabbit ears and received 10 local channels. Hooked up the Mohu-50 antenna and got 25 channels very clear in HD.

Easy to install and set up. Basic channels are available, but I expected more. There is some pixelation but typically good quality picture.

I picked this up on sale at Best Buy since I’d just moved into a new house and would be without streaming services for a week of two while I waited for an internet connection. For what I paid it was a really good purchase. I get my local news, which isn’t available streaming live. I also will pick up sports that I can’t access via stream (NFL). I live close to a fairly metropolitan area, so get a good number of channels. Now that I’m back online, I don’t use it as much as I used to, but still have it for local news and sports. I get a decent number of channels in HD and the picture quality is great. The only downside for me is that my tv is against an interior wall in the middle of the house, so it won’t pick anything up if it’s behind the tv. When I want to use it I just pull it out from where I store it behind the tv and put it a few feet away where it has exposure to windows and a single exterior wall, rather than going through multiple interior walls To get a signal. It’s been a good value for the price.

I was able to get a whole lot more local channels than my cable offered. I'm about 30 miles south of Grands Rapids, Michigan. Of course most if not all of the extra local channels were of no interest to me but it is a good backup in case you experience frequent loss of your video service or only need the local channels and what's offered by online sites. I need BTN so they got me cornered for now. I sent it to my 23 year-old daughter in San Diego, CA, since she has never paid for cable/satellite and I can't envision that she ever will!

Picked up NBC when other brands did not pick up the signal

Best antenna I have ever used. Nice design. Picks up 23 channels in my area. Perfect picture and sound.

I live in the center of a valley surrounded by mountains on three sides. My mobile home rests in a low spot without line of sight to the television towers that are twenty-five plus miles away. I had to try this flat antenna at several spots on my entertainment center. Most stations came in clear but, one or two were stubborn. Not really a problem with the antenna, just my location. I still recommend this antenna to anyone. Just realize that your location will dictate its performance.

We have another Mohu antenna (non-amplified) that was just working ok. Replaced it with this one, indoor only, trying multiple walls and locations/elevations. Not any better for the extra money spent. As background, we live about 10 miles west, and downhill from the major antenna location in Denver. The home is brick exterior, and we added an attic insulation package in 2019. There are lots of large, full, trees between us and the antenna as well. Lots of stuff to degrade the signal path. On a whim, I put a splitter in line with the amplifier, in order to connect/amplify both antennas (both are indoor). Works like a charm (most days) to pick up the local stations, as well as a whole slew of stuff we didn't know was out there. Obviously, if we could move one or both up to the attic, or outside, for additional elevation and less blockage, we could probably reduce it to just a single antenna. But we are happy enough where things are.

I live more than 30+ miles from the "over the air" signals, so I knew I needed a good antenna. I had read online (thru bestbuy and consumer guides) etc. and thought this one was one of the better options. The best buy clerk was very knowledgeable, and definitely thought this was the best option in the "cheap or cheaper" category, not going to a whole house antenna which I did not want to mess with. It has been great, some tiling at times with weather, but to be expected. Mostly very good, and I have seen the NFL for the first time in 2 years.
