I bought this to upgrade from my old "rabbit ears" antenna that required a converter box. I was sick of constantly adjusting the rabbit ears and hoped this antenna would have an improved signal with the amplifier. Plus, a bonus was it doesn't require a converter box! Overall the antenna does a good job and I get a few more channels than I did with my old antenna. I still occasionally have to adjust this antenna due to various interferences, but it's not nearly as much with the "rabbit ears".

I live on a hill outside of a small town. To say our local cable service is poor is an understatement. I got this after a friend suggested I try a digital antenna. BEST SUGGESTION EVER. Turns out I can get 20 digital channels for free, including all my local stations and several that show classic TV shows. If I didn't need cable for my internet connection, I'd dump it. Only time it has failed me was during a severe storm when reception got poor before the power went out.

It does whats advertised it would do. It's super thin and my reception is a little better than my old bunny ear antenna.

Has worked perfectly for 2 years in a second floor east facing apartment, receiving all four local broadcast stations. Long cable makes installation easy.

I picked up a second unit after being so pleased with the reception of the first one. It really does outperform other units I have tried in the past after "cutting the cord" and going the streaming route. When I picked up a 4k TV for my daughter in college, I paired it with the unit and it searched for and found several HD channels. It's the best indoor HDTV antenna for the value.

They have really improved this technology. Tried a few years back and could never get a decent picture...now I'M getting HD clear as a bell and plenty of channels to go with local broadcasting. Totally satisfied. Cut the cable except internet and phone for now. Streaming Direct TV now with Amazon fire tv. Waiting for better internet options to open up before I'm totally free from cable providors.

I got almost, almost all channels that I could not see before, it is thin, paintable and very easy to set up.

The antenna is quite simple to hookup and use, but I should have done more research before purchasing this product. I have steel siding and I found out steel siding acts like a shield to the TV signals. I was able to get great reception for several of the UHF channels available in the area when I had the antennal in a window. I wasn't able to get any of the channels broadcasting on VHF. Not being able to get two of the channels I wanted most, I returned the product to Best Buy.

I was tired of $200 cable bills and watch only major channels. Works great. Some days I can get over 20 channels.

Hard to tell how good the antenna really is. I get some HD over-the-air channels that are 35-36 miles away per one of the online TV transmitter mapping sites that helps you identify channels should be in distance to receive. However, there are other channels at the same distance (a few degrees different direction) that do not come in. I think the antenna is not as multi-directional as advertised. Moving it around (without changing where you are standing) can definitely impact what channels comes in. It is a powered antenna so that helps. They include an extremely long tv cable to go from the antenna to the tv. This is great if mounting the antenna far from the tv, but if the antenna is on a window or wall near the tv, you have a lot of excess cord and are losing signal over the wasted length of cable. In this case, it's best to switch to a shorter coaxial cable, if you have one.

This is really a great product. I had tried a different OTA antenna a few months back which was rated for 65 miles and it didn't bring in half the stations this one does. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that if you live a long way from the towers, you will need to be flexible in where you mount this product. Even the slightest change can make the difference between joy or fail.

The antenna was easy to install and works good bringing in channels on my HD television. Very simple but very effective.

It helped us get more channels than we were able to with our old set of rabbit ears. Works like it is supposed to.

I was able to set this up by myself, where other TV connections have confused me. After trying a few locations in my living room, I found the perfect place, and get fantastic reception. I receive 61 channels. I was told I would have more problems with an indoor antenna, at my location, than with an outdoor antenna. I have experience absolutely no problems at all!

The microwave meets our needs. The space is adequate. The buttons are intuitive. It is simple to use.

I live be on the outskirts of Atl Ga and I decided to drop cable. This antenna gives me in the vicinity of 20 channels over the air. Some are Hispanic (only a couple) and all seem to have clear to mostly clear reception. Pair this with Roku and perhaps Amazon and Netflix and that's more than I can watch and a lot cheaper than cable tv! Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because if the device is moved, you'll have to rescan for channels. It's a necessary evil but would be worth 5 stars if not for that.

Not quite as good as the $50 Winegard I purchased at Home Depot & more expensive, too! But a good antenna nonetheless and worthy of a home trial/comparison with other top tier Indoor/Amplified antennas. Both antennas pulled in many stations, both VHF & UHF, Both antennas offer excellent HD picture quality on my brand new 4K Samsung SUHD TV. Way better picture quality than cable TV and at least as good a quality picture as satellite tv service. Definitely a really good antenna!

I found that I had to move this to an outside wall to get the best reception and get more channels

After cutting the cable, I did not want to run wiring for a roof antenna to all my TVs. Purchased the Mohu for each and set up in no time. Easy to blend into the background of the rooms. Just place near a window for excellent reception. You do have to make some adjustments if there is a severe storm for a couple of the channels. Works well with my TIVO.

We'd used a very basic RCA "rabbit ear" style antenna for years. This Leaf antenna more than doubled the number of stations we got with that one. It's relatively flat in this area, but we get stations from as far as Mobile, AL, nearly 50 miles away. The picture quality is awesome. Very happy with this purchase. Bought one for my parents we liked it so much.
