I am very happy with my purchase. I get all the local channels and then some. All come in just as clear as on the TVs that are hooked to a cable box. It was extremely easy to set up, even for someone as technically challenged as I am. The Mohu is currently hooked up to an HD smart TV. I have already recommended it to others. The review will look like I am in Chicago, but I am actually using this in a suburb of Raleigh, NC.

It works as advertised. I can view all local channels. Have a little difficulty to find a right spot to hang it that works for all channels.

Initially got this for the the larger television in my living room (first floor). I tried all sorts of different locations/orientations but couldn't get all the channels that knew were available. On a whim, I tried it with the tv in my master bedroom (second floor) instead. Same result whe I mounted it on the wall directly behind the tv. Then I shifted it 5 feet to the side, behind a bureau with a mirror, away from all other electronics, and now it works like charm! All the channels in my area and great signal.

I originally purchased similar antenna from Amazon for 1/2 the price. However, when the Mohu Leaf went on sale at Best Buy I decided to purchase it to compare them. I figured since Mohu is designed in USA, it would perform better than the Chinese one from Amazon. To my surprise I get couple more channels with the antenna from Amazon than with the Mohu Leaf. However the Mohu is definitively higher quality than the one from Amazon. Keep in mind, your results will vary depending on location.

This antenna is awesome. Having an unreliable internet/cable provider whose connection seems to go out a lot, especially in the summer heat, having this antenna ensures I’m able to watch all my local channels and then some. It’s a breeze to hookup, just make sure it’s clear of any obstructions, and you should get a nice strong signal. Tip - try to get it closer to a window for less interference. Overall this is well worth the money.

This antenna found over 200 channels in the D/FW area. I thought antennas were still at the rabbit ears stage of technology. Not so...it's all HD. It will pixelate from time to time, but moving the antenna will fix that to increase reception. For a one time antenna purchase it's a great option over monthly cable $$$. I eventually purchased a second antenna for my bedroom TV. Give it a try! I'm glad I did.

When my cable company had another price increase on the 2 cable boxes we had in upstairs bedrooms, I had enough. I turned in the boxes, read a lot of indoor antennae reviews and chose the Leaf 50. I placed it in the attic as high as possible and ran it thru the existing coax cable going to each bedroom. Works like a charm. I live approx 30 miles outside Atlanta and picked up 70+ clear channels. Very good product.

I bought 3 of these (one for each of the TVs in my house. The first one was easy to get a signal on which is why I bought 2 more. The other 2 don't seem to get the same reception even thought they are all along the same wall of the same floor of my house. I had to install 1 lower to get reception and I haven't been able to get the last one set up at all yet but that is on me. I am pretty sure I will be able to get it to pick up my stations, I just haven't had a hour or mess with the location and angle yet.

I wouldn't recommend this for anyone that does not live in a thriving metropolis. While I do get three local (Roanoke Virginia) CBS affiliate (sub) channels i.e. local/national CBS in HDTV, my-TV channel, and Decades, And those three blank in and out with square (digital signal) blocks scattered around the screen — at which time the dialogue freezes and I miss what's happening visually and auditory wise. I do not get PBS at all — which with CBS are the only two networks that I watch! On occasion I can pull in three affiliate NBC stations (e.g. 10-1, 10.-2, & 10-3), I couldn't tell you what they were being that they're not there that often. When CBS and NBC are working (correctly if it all) they are in full HDTV which is great! None of the affiliate channels come in that way, they are in the standard old-style square box form but with two large rectangular columns flanking the sides. For $70 or more I was really hoping for better, but that was the best I could do (i.e. GET) living in an apartment complex in Blacksburg Virginia.

Purchased this antenna to use in the bedroom since I was tired of paying Comcast an extra $10 a month for a second cable box that I rarely used. I live about 40 miles west of DC and this antenna picks up all local broadcasts in the area. It serves it's purpose for me. I'm considering picking up another one for the living room and dropping my cable TV in exchange for Hulu plus in addition to Netflix. I could probably save $50+ a month by getting another one of these and finally not feel tied down to overpriced Comcast for channels I don't use.

The setup and power of this thing is remarkable. So easy and gets a great signal. I had it up and running in minutes. The design allows it to go anywhere unobtrusively. I had to return mine only because there is a huge mound of Earth between my house and the local ABC affiliate that absolutely flummoxes any antenna. If we move to another house, I'll buy one of these in a heartbeat and I recommended it to my brother who is buying one.

I tried a few different antennas, but when this one went on sale with the Amazon Fire TV, I decided to splurge on something a little more robust. It picks up several stations that my old rabbit ear style RCA antenna didn't get. It works well, doesn't look too bad, and came with everything necessary to hook up. I keep it hooked into the coax input on my TV for times when the cable goes down and I still need to get news.

The Mohu - Leaf 50 Amplified Indoor Hdtv Antenna takes up little room and is very light, but provides the power to bring all the area's major networks that broadcast in the UHF range. Have not been able to get one network that moved down to the high VHF range, but that's probably my shortcoming and not the antenna's. The broadcast signals are coming from around 30 miles away, so, all in all, great deal for great price.

This antenna was easy to set up. It looks great in the Wall. Blends in nicely if your walk is white. Picks up all the local channels as well as many others. Most of the others are in foreign languages so not ones we would watch but that is no different than cable. It picked up a lot of channels showing classic 60s, 70s, and 80s reruns which is great when you want some good old fashioned wholesome tv.
