The only drawback, is the large white square against the colored wall. It's too big to discreetly place it, and thus is a bit of an eyesore.

I found that this HD reception was better than the picture I get through fios on the channels that come in strong

We were in the middle of a move and 20 days past when we knew we didn't need it. Too late! $75.00 and no return. Good product, but better buy on line where return policy's are reasonable.i usually like to see products before I buy, but 15 day return policy is unreasonable.

While claiming a service area of up to 50 miles, it was installed in my son's apartment a very standard brick building by the way, which is 19 miles from Rochester, NY. Reception of Rochester stations are fair, at best. Forget Buffalo stations which are only 39 miles away. While Rochester channels are received, not all of them and not all the time. You must move it to receive different channels coming from the same transmitter. As I've stated, it works, but not very well.

No luck. Always at least one short. This antenna, three feet from the television, picks up everything and strongly on the third placement. I'm done looking.

There are many factors that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or heavy foliage in the area. We always recommend you place the antenna as high as possible, as trees and buildings can block some TV signals. Also, you may want to scan for channels without the included amplifier if you have not already done so to see if that may help. The amplified antenna blocks our cordless phone.

Reception with the amp unplugged is still ok but not as good on some channels.
