Customers regard the Leaf 50 Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna with 60-Mile Range highly for its overall performance, providing clear and crisp channels, and its ability to receive a plethora of channels. The antenna's slim design and small size are also appreciated for seamlessly blending into any decor. However, some customers have noted that the actual range may be less than what is advertised.

I was worried about getting channels and picture quality. Due to where my apartment is, I was able to receive 11 channels and NBC is the only local channel I am not able to receive. The picture quality is fantastic! So surprised and enjoying not having cable.

This product was a test of the signal strength in my area, I was able to get 35 channels OTA, including great PBS shows in HD. This was to be used in an area that is difficult to run a cable too. Antenna positioning was important but not critical unless you needed all available channels, most came in fine from the second floor near Newtown.

This was a purchase for our non cable TV household in order to boost the reception everyday and during storms. It has performed as advertised but there are still some times when the pixelation happens on certain channels. This is infrequent and to us the product exceeds the performance of our rabbit ears. It is pricey, however.

Surprisingly this antenna worked better than I thought. Brought in over 30+ channels soon as it fired up. I live in a suburban area and one wall worked better than the other for my reception. I would recommend this product for the price.

I'm receiving more stations with the antenna then I thought was in my area. Most stations in clear HD. I can even get stations in Youngstown. I cannot receive two stations where I have the antenna mounted. I have to move the antenna to the window and hold it and I can receive Fox 8 and Antenna TV on 8.3 and 8.4. They should be on 8.1 and 8.2.

Replaced outdoor antena, and received almost 40 chanels with this one. Great picture! Just make sure to check all sides in the room to receive more chanels. My antena works the best on the lower level, on the wall, behind sofa. I did it all by my self. Nobody can see. Awesome, and free!

Saved the day and the Cowboys game!

The satellite at our guest rental went out on a Sunday, right before the Cowboys game came on. We had visitors staying at the rental who were looking forward to watching the game (and we knew our 5-star rating was on the line). We decided to go to Best Buy to see if there were any solutions to our problem. I called my son, the tech genius, as we drove and asked if he had any recommendations for a tv antenna. He immediately recommended the Mohu Leaf. We had never heard of it, but fortunately Best Buy had the antenna in stock! It wasn’t the least, nor the most expensive, and I doubt we would have picked it on our own. The antenna was super easy to install and worked perfectly! It saved the Cowboys game for our visitors and served its purpose until the satellite company came out on Monday and restored our service. I can highly recommend the Mohu Leaf 50. Easy to use and worked perfectly!

Our application was on interior wall. I am not sure this was the best place for the tv, and therefore the antenna. However, appears to be ok on reception in general, for a pretty low profile application. If some adjustments needed, however, appears responsive once moved. We will now be breaking the cable/dish application.

From our home near High Point we can receive 30 channels, with cable quality reception on 20 and good reception on 8. We are very happy with our purchase. During a wind or rain storm there is a lot of interference just like we got on satellite TV.

Works well unless you're near a train...

This antenna works REALLY well when the subway train isn't going by my apartment. When the train goes by it gets a lot of momentary break up in the picture despite being rather close to the transmitter towers for the NYC area. That's not really a fault of the antenna. I had luck moving it to the furthest point in my apartment from the train and that fixes most of the break up, at least to the point that I no longer miss entire sentences, instead missing a handful of words here and there. I purchased this purely so I could watch The Orville and it is serving that purpose super well but I was surprised by exactly how many great channels you can get with just an antenna! If you're a "cord cutter" like I am but you want to watch some stuff live then this is a great choice, more so if you're not near an above ground subway train!

The Mohu - Leaf 50 Amplified Indoor  antenna is worth the money. I have bought different antennas past and they turn out to be crappie. The the amount of channels I got and the quality of the picture was wonderful. I got it as a gift for a friend and they love. I would buy another.

    Not for city living

bought this for a friend who was looking to cut the cord to her cable TV. She was looking for a way to get local channels over the air. I had used similar devices with varying degrees of success. I live basically in the middle of nowhere. She lives in the middle of town and found this antenna did not help her at all. Scanning and rescanning for channels was done. It was connected properly. Even while in the store she checked a website to see her chances of picking up terrestrial signals. It said no chance. It was right. Somewhat expected, she returned this device for it didn't meet her needs. A tip: usually such devices will not help people in more urban areas. There's too much interference from other signals and buildings in the way. If you're living further off the grid this could work fine (or marginally, as it did for me). Do some research into over-the-air signals in your zip code.

Read up on indoor antennas and this one looked promising. Have to leave cable. This one is the one. I get good reception and several channels including Cozi, Antenna and more, plus all local channels. The only drawback is that you can't record shows for future viewing. However there are work around a. Bye bye cable and your expensive cost.

This antenna was compared with two other indoor antenna products, and in three different locations, and this pulled in the most local TV channels with the clearest picture.

It looks like a gimmick -- a flat antenna no thicker than a few sheets of paper -- but it works. It works really well. Where I live, I can pick up most stations with a fair to average signal lock. This is the only antenna I've ever owned that was able to pick up all of the stations in my market with an average to good signal lock, plus some stations outside of my home market that I've only ever been able to get on cable. If you live in a rural area or a suburb outside of a major city, this is a great investment. You'll want one for every TV. If you live inside a city, this is still a great antenna, just use it without the amplifier.

Working on a system to drop cable. So far, this antenna seems to be working, although it appears to need periodic adjustment to keep the digital signal interference to a minimum. This was downstairs. I'm moving it upstairs to see if there's less/no trouble upstairs. Will keep this, but will probably work on something else for the living room.

    Watching Tv without cable!

I was looking to cut down on our cable bill by eliminating the extra cable box from my room. I usually only watch the basic channels in my room so this actually works well. The picture quality is great and for what I watch it works. The downside is if the weather is bad like rain or snow the reception is not there.

this is my 3rd antenna for a room in the rear of the house and so far no problems. Its all in position for these antennas. Glad this is flat and has the 2 holes to place on the wall and it comes with colored tacs. The only change I would want is a black cord (cord is white). But
