There are many factors that could be causing reception issues, such as, other electronics in your living space or the signal could just be located on the opposite side of the house. You may also want to try scanning for channels without the included amplifier to see if that makes a difference. It is possible for over-amplification to occur if it is not needed. If these tips do not help and you have not already returned the product, please give us a call at 877-825-5572 and our customer service team will run a FREE signal analysis to try and pinpoint what the problem could be. Not a good antenna
