Returned and bought one of the models with a housing. This is a thin thing and just didn't look nice or attach well to wall. Flimsy and seemed like as the shape of it changed reception was worse, so would rather have one in a housing where shape of the antenna is always correct.

There are many factors that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or heavy foliage in the area. We always recommend you place the antenna as high as possible, as trees and buildings can block some TV signals. You may want to scan for channels without the included amplifier if you have not already done so to see if that may help. Won't even pick up ABC & CBS right here in my home area. Any antenna should pick up the basic ABC, CBS, NBC & PBS channels especially if they are all within 10 miles of your hometown. Going back to Bestbuy for a refund!
