Posted .Hi there! Please try scanning for channels without the included amplifier. In most cases an amplifier isn’t necessary unless TV signals in your area are low power, or you have longer cable runs to multiple TVs. Also, try installing the antenna as high up as possible on a wall or in the window. Any antenna has a hard time reaching its full potential if it is located lower to the ground.
