Customers are saying

Customers regard the Leaf 50 Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna with 60-Mile Range highly for its overall performance, providing clear and crisp channels, and its ability to receive a plethora of channels. The antenna's slim design and small size are also appreciated for seamlessly blending into any decor. However, some customers have noted that the actual range may be less than what is advertised.

I love it. Planning to buy two more for the other tvs in my house. I got all my favorite local channels and then some. Crystal clear picture! Worth every penny!

Works well for the most part. when you move it, you do have have to reprogram your channels but that's under control. Good signal except when really windy or overcast but to be expected. Cable signals aren't much better. get sharper reception in the pictures.

The antenna works well if everything is perfect with the weather. I am 25 miles from TV stations and the picture is clear even though there are a lot of trees. The problem is if there is a slight wind or rain then you only get every third word.

    FREE TV for Life!

After our cable provider went psycho and scramble stations requiring us to rent, yes RENT (hello ma bell, the want their rotary phones back!)...bozes for each TV to get stations we used to get. So GOOD BYE to cable and HELLO to FREE TV. This antenna was the last item in at the store so I had to get it. Otherwise I would have bought another one for $20 less. Nonetheless, I am please to stick to the proverbial cable "MAN" for the rest of my days. Good picture in HD and I'm in the basement on this antenna; still great reception. I placed it high on the wall and it's doing fine. Get one...any antenna that works for you! If one doesn't work, get another one. Something will work for your situation.

I live in an area without very good local reception, I mounted the antenna behind the TV and was able to bring in about 9 of the local channels, works very well with minimal install time, antenna comes with Velcro and mounting pins.

I purchased another antenna that did not work, so I brought it back to return. An associate with Best Buy suggested that I try the Leaf. Glad I did. It worked as advertised and the reception is very good.

We used this for tv viewing until our Directv got installed and it worked great for local stations, I think we got 60 stations. so I believe that is really good for just an antenna in the country.

While the product works well enough, it does not work any better than the $30 antenna I had been using. The advantage of this one is the sleeker design; but, if that's not important to you, start with the cheapest option and work up from there. You'll probably save money.

It depends on your location from the towers

This antenna may work for some, but it didn't work for me. I live in an area where there are mountainous areas and hills all around me and I live on the first floor of an apartment complex at the bottom of those hills. With this antenna, I could only get a handful of channels. I had another antenna that was able to get about 20-25 (which is great for my area), so I ended up keeping that one. It just all depends on your particular location from the towers. In my particular case, it didn't work out, but that's not to say it won't work for others, which is why I gave it three stars.

Before I purchased my antenna I was told very honestly by a Best Buy employee that no matter what model you buy your area means everything about how well the signals appear. Take your time placing your antenna in different areas before mounting the unit. Higher the better!

Returned Mohu 50 mile and got outdoor longer range 70 mile antenna which works better. Now able to pick up all 3 major networks in Maine without a Cable service

works good get about 24 channels from an inner room in my house - if found a different location would likely get more - have had two different antennas but none have worked as good as this one - gave up satellite tv I cut the cord and am not unhappy no monthly fees

It works great. I have it attached to my window. It's discrete and pulls down all of the over the air channels I need. I have no complaints so far. I've only had it for about a month.

This antenna seems to work as advertised. Any limitations are likely due to my physical location and not the antenna itself. I think this would be really great in an urban area where more more stations would be available. But I am satisfied with this purchase.

Pulls in HD channels as described...I've cut the cord from Cox Cable! However, I don't get ALL of my local channels. CBS and ABC are just too far away, living in Otay Ranch. May look into an attic mounted model.

Great product and was able to walk away from paying for cable TV without any remorse. Great picture quality with the Mohu Leaf. I have a large quarry directly in the path of the antenna which compromises the reception at times. Other than that, no complaints.

It's been working fairly well for the last few weeks. Make sure you plug us usb into the power adapter and then into a wall outlet. We weren't getting enough power from the TV usb, but its working very well now that its plugged into the wall.

Okay, not getting anywhere close to the number of channels it claims I should be getting. Could be the placement behind the TV, but according to the package it should work. CS says I should try moving it to a window, but who wants this rectangle obstructing the view outside. The picture quality is good for the channels I do actually get.

Hi there, Doc! Thank you for your honest review of our Mohu Leaf 50 Amplified HDTV Antenna. In order for your antenna to achieve the best possible signal reception, we highly recommend you placing your antenna in front of your TV, instead of behind it. High up or closest to a window is always best. You may also want to run a channel scan without the included amplifier to see if you may receive more channels. In most cases an amplifier isn’t necessary unless TV signals in your area are low power, or you have longer cable runs to multiple TV. If these tips do not help, please contact our Customer Care Team again at 877-825-5572. We will troubleshoot for you to pinpoint what the problem could be. We will also have tips on how to improve your reception in general while facing certain obstacles. We are available 7 days a week to help! Thank you. Mohu
