Sometimes over-amplification can occur if you are in a short distance from the towers and it is not needed. It is also important to remember to place the antenna as high as possible to achieve the best signal reception, and re-scan for channels each time the antenna is moved to a different location. We recommend that you move the antenna to another location and rescan the TV for channels. We always recommend moving the antenna a few times and scanning for TV channels to see if you can pick up the signals that are farther away. Please try this and give us a call if we can help.
