There are many factors that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or heavy foliage in the area. We always recommend you place the antenna as high as possible, as trees and buildings can block some TV signals. You may want to scan for channels without the included amplifier if you have not already done so to see if that may help. I ended up returning it to the store. Best Buy is excellent when it comes to returns, so you can buy a product even if you're not sure it will work for your situation.
