Depending on your distance from the nearest towers, you may want to run a channel scan without the included amplifier. Over-amplification can occur if you are trying to use an amp too close to the broadcast towers. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If this does not help, please give our tech support team a call at 877-825-5572 or chat with us at https://www.gomohu.com, and they will perform a FREE signal analysis. This will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem could be. We are available 7 days a week to help! Thank you.
