Poor reception with picture and sound coming in and out

I tried to use this to get some free channels at home, and it gave me 13 channels total. 6 of them are blurry and inconsistent. Then a few of them are in Spanish (nothing wrong with that. we are just not Spanish speaker.)

So far not working. Called support they sent me an email.

I tried this antennae in several different locations. According to the tv, I received good signal strength.... but still could not receive CBS, NBC, or ABC stations. I returned it to Best Buy within a few frustrating hours. It may be a good antennae.... just not for me.

Tried it where I wanted it downstairs and it would not get reception. Already mounted it to the wall pulled off the paint. Upstairs it only got a couple of channels intermittently. Had to move the Santana around. No thank you.

I can only say this antenna did not work for me. I only got 5 additional channels and 4 of them were duplicates of channels I already have. So I got (1) channel that was operational. I even moved the antenna to 3 different spots in my home and still nothing ! Back to my rabbit ear antenna !!

There was just too much wire showing because of where my TV is placed.

Fot the price I paid it didn't work very well for me. I returned it.

I would not recommend this product because it does not work! I can only get channel 11 and 13. If I’m close, the reception is impacted. I was told I would have access to all local channels in the Dallas/Fort Worth viewing area, which is untrue. I wish I had never purchased the product!!!

HDTV Antenna was not what I expected. I only managed to get 3 channels.

Do not spend your money. The $5 antenna works better than this junk.

This antenna does what it claims. It easily pins to the wall with included pins. It's white on one side and black on the other to help blend with whatever wall or furniture/device you have. The reception is great and works appropriately depending on your proximity to transmitters. The box included a web site to help identify the channels we can expect to receive. The antenna seemed to work best when placed on a window and with the signal booster power plugged in, but I am able to use it in a closet where my tv connectors are. It's lightweight, discreet, and works as expected.

this item advertised reception range of up to 50 miles, but did not come close to that claim; channels from transmission sources well within that range were not received despite trying multiple placements within the residence; total disappointment

I live within 30 miles of downtown Atlanta, Georgia and this "antenna" only picked up 3 "local" channels and I moved it all around - high and low - but that was the best it would perform. I returned the item for a refund.
