Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This antenna picks up the signals in my area and gives excellent HD picture performance. However, it must be exactly placed in order to do so. There is no wiggle room on placement. This means that it is impossible to hide in a corner or behind the TV. This means high visibility for both the antenna and the cable. Even though you can paint the antenna to match the wall, the cable connection is still very visible.

Considering your distance from the nearest towers, you may want to run a channel scan without the included amplifier. Over-amplification can occur if you are trying to use an amp too close to the broadcast towers. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If this does not help, before you return the antenna, please give our tech support team a call at 877-825-5572 and they will perform a FREE signal analysis, this will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem may be. We are available 7 days a week to help! Thank you.

Posted .Greetings! We apologize you have not had a great experience with our Mohu Leaf 50 Amplified HDTV Antenna. All locations and terrains are different. If you are in a more urban area, or at a closer distance to the broadcast towers, there is a good chance you do not need an amplifier. Over-amplification can occur within a shorter distance to the towers and could very well make your reception worse. Please try removing the amplifier from the antenna and re-scanning for channels to see if this helps. If not, please give us a call at 877-825-5572 so we can perform a FREE signal analysis of your area to see what the problem could be. We are here 7 days a week to help! Thank you.

Not what I had anticipated and a disappointment to the family.

I bought this based on the salesperson's recommendation and crossed my fingers, and was able to get 26 channels! The picture is crystal clear and the antenna itself doesnt need to be in a window, its tucked behind our game tower barely noticable! Great buy!

We also recommend that you move the antenna to another location and rescan the TV for channels. We always recommend moving the antenna a few times and scanning for TV channels to see if you can pick up the signals that are farther away.
