If you are in a more urban area, please try running a channel scan without the included amplifier to see if that helps. In most cases an amplifier isn’t necessary unless TV signals in your area are low power, or you have longer cable runs to multiple TV. Also, please try moving the antenna to another location, up higher is always best, and rescan your TV for channels. We recommend you try moving your antenna to several locations and rescan your TV every time you move the antenna until you find the best signals. If this does not help, please contact our Customer Care Team at 877-825-5572 or online at https://www.gomohu.com/support.html. We will troubleshoot for you to pinpoint what the problem could be. I bought it after buying another brand (RCA) which I had to return because it didn't work well. This one picked up way more channels than the one I returned. I have to keep this antenna taped in the window in order to get all the channels. It doesn't work as well just being close to the window, especially on rainy days. As long as it is in the window, you should get all the channels available in your area.

It's tough to find the right place to put it, but we get all the channels I had wanted. IMPORTANT: go to the FCC website FIRST to check your address on the broadcast signals. No antenna can help you if you are in a poor signal area and that service can save you some hassle. The picture quality is incredible.
