If you are in a more urban area, please try running a channel scan without the included amplifier, if you have not done so already, to see if that helps. In most cases an amplifier isn’t necessary unless TV signals in your area are low power, or you have longer cable runs to multiple TV. If this does not help, please contact our Customer Care Team at 877-825-5572. We will troubleshoot for you to pinpoint what the problem could be. We will also have tips on how to improve your reception in general while facing certain obstacles. We are available 7 days a week to help! Thank you.

Wouldn’t pick up all local channels

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After deciding to cut the cable cord I did extensive research on consumer reviews and tech site recommendations and this antenna was most recommended. I went on antennaweb and put in my address and 47 possible channels, stations about 12 miles away and with this antenna got 41' so very good. I live In a one story ranch style house and set this up in my living room. I did not put it by a window. It is actually not seen hung up behind my flat screen. I am using it with the Tablo dvr so you don't hook it up to your tv and do the scan as the instructions say but you hang it up and hook it up to the Tablo and when you do the Tablo set up using like your iPad etc it will search for the channels. You can move it around to see if you get more channels. It is very thin.
