Customers are saying

Customers regard the Leaf 50 Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna with 60-Mile Range highly for its overall performance, providing clear and crisp channels, and its ability to receive a plethora of channels. The antenna's slim design and small size are also appreciated for seamlessly blending into any decor. However, some customers have noted that the actual range may be less than what is advertised.

My family and I decided to get rid of cable almost a year ago but we still wanted to get some service in our house. We have purchased one of these for every tv in our house. Each one gets slightly different reception. The one in my room gets a local station crystal clear all the time but an antenna facing another part of the house doesn't get as good of service. Also we are in the flight path of our local international airport, so every time an airplane goes over some of the tv's lose reception until the plane has passed. I would definitely recommend this antenna. We are able to pick up a fair number of channels. Now I'm not saying their is good programs on those channel's but that is not the antenna's fault. If you are just looking to watch some tv, this will be good for you. The definition is normal pretty good too. Many channels are getting around 720.

Hi Patrick! Thank you for your purchase and feedback of our Mohu Leaf 50 Amplified HDTV Antenna. Please chat with us online at https://www.gomohu.com/support.html and we will have tips on how to improve your signal reception while facing certain obstacles, such as living in an apartment building or condo. We also recommend running a channel scan without the included amplifier to see if that helps. Sometimes over-amplification can occur if it is not needed. We are also available 7 days a week at 877-825-5572. Thank you. Mohu

Greetings! Thank you for your purchase and feedback of our product. We recommend installing the antenna without the included amplifier. In most cases an amplifier isn’t necessary unless TV signals in your area are low power, or you have longer cable runs to multiple TV. Call us if you need any help, or if this does not work at 877-825-5572 or chat with us online at https://www.gomohu.com/support.html. We are available 7 days a week and look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your honest review. Mohu

Incredible picture - even near airport!

I dropped satellite a few years ago and went with an HD antenna using Antennas Direct brand. I live in south MPLS and am in the MSP flight path. With the AD brand, we would get a ton of pixelation when the flights were going overhead - to the point of it being unbearable to watch TV. Now I just installed the MOHU Leaf 50 and all I can say is WOW! This picture is crisp, sound is great and there is absolutely NO PIXELATION when the skies are busy with airport activity. The unit hangs on the back of the armour and is very discrete. Plenty of cabling and installation materials provided and easy to set up. Great product. I'm buying more and ditching that crazy contraption on the outside of the house.

    Well Worth The Money

Connection was fairly easy. Didn't take me long to find the best spot in my family room to place it. Just tacked it to a wall right below the ceiling and facing east where the TV transmitters are in Seattle. Had to run a couple of channel scans. The last and final one gave me THIRTY-NINE VHF/UHF channels from the transmitters 35 miles away from my house. There are hills and forests between me and transmitters yet I'm getting channels in HD and in surround sound. The weather affects the reception of some channels but they're the ones I don't care about. The main channels I wanted come in clear and I'm getting ALL the channels I really wanted. And it's all for free. With this antenna and my Roku 3 player I was able to cancel my 14-year Directv subscription. I don't regret it a bit--not when I'm saving over $60 a month and getting HDTV that I would have had to pay extra for to Directv.

Greetings Cory! All locations and terrains are different, and signal reception varies in each location. Depending on where the towers are located and obstructions between the antenna and the available towers. We ALWAYS recommend placing the antenna as high up as possible to achieve the best signal reception. If you are still in the market for an over-the-air antenna, please consider trying us again. Give us a call at 877-825-5572 or chat with one of our customer care team members at https://www.gomohu.com/support.html. We will perform a FREE signal analysis of your area to determine which antenna is right for you and your location. We are available 7 days a week to help! Mohu
