It was returned same day to store

First scan came back with 14 channels which were either choppy or not working. Second scan came back with 7 channels and last scan had zero. Took it back

There are many factors that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or heavy foliage in the area. We always recommend you place the antenna as high as possible, as trees and buildings can block some TV signals. You may want to scan for channels without the included amplifier if you have not already done so to see if that may help. Posted .Hello from Mohu! we’re sorry to hear you didn’t receive some TV channel. We recommend that you move the antenna to another place on the wall (up high as possible) or place it on a window and rescan your TV for channels.building materials such as bric and metal siding and I’ll cause interference with TV signals. You may have to move the antenna a couple times to find the best signals from the TV towers. You can also download our free app called Antenna Point that will show you where the TV towers are located. Once you see where the towers are, place the antenna on an adjacent wall or in a window facing the broadcast towers to pick up the best TV signals. If you need some assistance please give us a call at 877-825-5572 M-F 9am to 7pm or on weekends from 10am to 6pm CT. We’re available to help!
