Customers are saying

Customers regard the Leaf 50 Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna with 60-Mile Range highly for its overall performance, providing clear and crisp channels, and its ability to receive a plethora of channels. The antenna's slim design and small size are also appreciated for seamlessly blending into any decor. However, some customers have noted that the actual range may be less than what is advertised.

Easy to install... I'm able to pick up a dozen stations or so depending on where I hang it, although CBS is not one of them. I will most likely upgrade to an outdoor antenna with a longer reach..

It hooked up nicely and worked well. I returned it only because I live in a more rural area and i need a stronger antenna. The channels I could get came in beautifully clear.

Works fairly well at our house. Just remember50 mile range may not be enough for everyone, depending on where you live vs where the stations are. Storms also can wipe out your reception. Overall we are happy with the antennae.

Used up north where I was supposed to get 2 channels within 60 miles of me. Got 5 PBS stations and a local out of Bemidji. In the fall I can sometimes pick up another couple of snowy channels and one good one..

Very easy to install and set up - great reception - as with most antennas though when the weather gets bad the reception is iffy, but all in all we're very happy with this purchase.

Pros: 1. Free basic TV (major Twin Cities TV channels) 2. It is easy to set up (just need to find a right spot high on the wall to get the best signals). 3. The leaf antenna can easily mounted on the wall and it can be painted to match the wall color. Cons: 1. Weather (e.g. cloudy days), time of day (e.g. night time) and electronics in house (e.g. LED light bulbs) interfere signals. 2. Can take some time to find the right spot for signals and needs to rescan channels from TV from time to time. 3. Won't get you cable channels such as ESPN, HGTV and etc.

The Mohu Leaf Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna is one of the best I've ever used. It brings in a excellent signal. It is paintable if you want it to blend in.

I was able to pull in a total of 28 channels (including duplicates) between Rochester, NY and Syracuse, NY which was my goal. With few exceptions, the picture quality was excellent! The setup was very easy (you MUST power it over USB -- which is provided) and I liked that I could expose either the white or black side of the unit. Both sides are paintable according to the directions. You can secure the unit to the wall or window frame with provided pins (there are pre-cut holes in the corners) or with provided sticky tabs, typically directly on the window glass. You can also do nothing (let it dangle) but it won't be as stable. Depending on how far you need to put the antenna away from the TV you might want to let the cable "unwind" to make it easier to run it to its final location. You do need to know how to program your TV to scan for stations ... something I hadn't done in YEARS! I'm still not used to the "odd" channel numbering system so I printed myself a small guide to keep by the TV.

Bought it so if hurricane Florence hit I could hook the tv to a generator and get news reports. Does everything as advertised. I got about 29 channels.

This I don't is extremely easy to use, out after Box, a couple of connections common and it is ready to use, does not need any special device or particular location it has to be aimed at.

It was relatively easy to set up, even for me! I went through the scanning for channels 3 times as directed, but i think it found all 40 or so channels the 1st time. Surprised by the picture quality!

If I could give it a 4.5, I would do that. Our service was was off and we had nothing. This gave us more than we expected until we got our regular service back on. It was better than nothing but glad to have our regular back on.

Got tired of paying overpriced cable. This antenna gets plenty enough stations, and much better older movies from several sources around this area! A little interference, but I'm in a mobile home so...

I really don't see the difference between this model and the less mileage one of the same brand. I still have to fiddle with it if I change to a different block of channels. I was hoping the 50 miler would solve the issue: not so. It does produce a sharp digital image though on the channels I receive with only occasional pixel distortion. I'll be upgrading to the Direct TV Genie soon anyway so this item will go to the rear of the closet. I tied it up to the back of the mounted TV so it's not visible. The TV sits fully extended on the mount; about 15 inches. The antennae works best when it sits perpendicular the the rear of the TV. It's also flexible which is advantages. I guess it all depends where you live if this item will work for you.

Live in an area where I am within 50 miles from local stations. I was only receiving 5 channels without an antenna. Purchased this item after review and now I am able to get more than 14 channels. Good product.
