The Mohu leaf works in the best of areas. We played with the placement for about an hour and settled on the best stations that it pulled in, not the most stations. We're about 40 miles from Milwaukee and there's a lot of terrain and interrupters that seem to affect the reception. It does work if the cable is out (just no cable stations, obviously).

I returned a less expensive one for this one. This worked much better. Easy to hide out of sight. lightweight.

Upgraded to this antenna after trying cheaper one. Has worked great so far has allowed to pick up all local channels

Easy to install. Easy to place. Pulls in channels from further away than others I have used.

My old antenna stopped working for me after several years . Did my research and came across the Mohu - Leaf Fifty . I’m now able to watch local channel television (35 channels) in my kitchen without breaking the bank by adding satellite/cable service . Good investment and I’d definitely recommend this product to someone who’s in the market for a TV antenna .

I enjoy my leaf amplifier. I get a very clear picture with it. I don't get all the channels I would like, but it will do.

I needed a good antenna for my big screen tv & I googled which antennas are the best...Mohu showed up, I read rave reviews and decided to purchase this one. I am very pleased with the reception, HD looks great, just like I had a cable connection but without the huge bill. Very satisfied.

Effective antenna for main or upper level. Has problems in basement due to interference. Works best in window.

I bought this to upgrade from my old "rabbit ears" antenna that required a converter box. I was sick of constantly adjusting the rabbit ears and hoped this antenna would have an improved signal with the amplifier. Plus, a bonus was it doesn't require a converter box! Overall the antenna does a good job and I get a few more channels than I did with my old antenna. I still occasionally have to adjust this antenna due to various interferences, but it's not nearly as much with the "rabbit ears".

The antenna advertises a 50 mile radius, but won't pick up the tv station located less than 5 miles from my house. I'm a bit disappointed, but am glad that it does pick up the other two nearby stations.

We just wanted to be able to watch the news before bed or first thing in the morning. We couldn't rationalize another cable box in the bedroom since we don't watch that TV more than once or twice a week. This is the perfect solution since we get local stations and a little more. The picture is quite good and you can't beat the price. We may get another for the workshop in the garage.

Easy to install. Receiving a lot of channels with great picture quality. More than half are Spanish stations though.

I wish I had bought one of these sooner. There really is nothing to it. I used the push pin and placed the antenna against the wall directly behind the TV. I reside in Houston and had no idea there were so many local channels. My HD channels come in just fine. I bought this second one after the first worked so well.

Bought 2. One works well but other which is in a different room does not. Reception highly variable and impacted by weather

As was advised, there are varIable factors affecting the performance of such indoor antennas (eg. Location, building materials, time of day, user preference, others); accordingly, this best in its class is not an exception. I still need to learn more about how effective this product can be... True, more channels reached; but may not all be good quality ...more channels of foreign languages, pixelizing channels, blurred channels, others.

I don't watch a lot of TV and my apartment complex gives me local channels for free, but the reception was pretty bad. I read a lot of reviews and settled on the Mohu leaf, ready to return it if it wasn't much of an improvement. Wow. I have never gotten such clear reception, even when I paid for it. You can hook it up in a couple of minutes, even if you aren't handy. It deserves its reputation.
