When even the neighbors agree that you bought the right antenna the fact that the reception is so much better and you have more stations than the others tried is just a bonus ..... Worth the few extra dollars.... Remember face it to the sky..not your neighbors window!

We had no great expectations especially considering that the property is in Santa Cruz. What we got was great reception of major channels, connecting a smart tv and we have all the TV we need in a vacation home….no more cable

I bought several antennas but this iris the Best Buy far ..

It was hard to cut the chord but this little antenna made it so much easier. After a little adjusting we found more channels to watch for free than we knew existed. It took a little getting use to the switch but having this device made it a lot easier!

The mohu leaf 50 doesn’t need to have the amplifier to work in my area (within 40 miles away from towers) but it definitely needs to be positioned high on an interior wall to get the main networks. The fact that it has a black and a white side is a bonus to allow for the unit to be less obvious on your living spaces.

Had purchased a different brand for the same price, only it was larger and had a stand. The previous one kept 'breaking up' if someone walked by the antenna obstructing the signal, or if it was windy. This thinner model breaks up a lot less than the other, so no complaints there.

great antenna for those who don't want a cable bill.

I didn’t really expect to get many channels without continually moving it around to find the “right spot”. It worked great wherever I placed it. Only improvement would be to include a suction cup so I can attach it to a window but the wall attachment works fine.

I am about 12 miles away from the TV towers. I have two Leaf antennas. I have the entry level one on the small TV in the kitchen, and the Leaf 50 on the big TV in the basement. I never have reception problems in the kitchen, but sometimes I do in the basement even with the amplified antenna. Lesson learned, placement is important.

Brings in plenty of channels, including local stations, in HD.
