We are more than 40 miles from the nearest HD transmitting antennas, and while like any antenna, we have to 'find' the best signal, once we have found the best place for the antenna, we almost never have any further issues. Very decent product for the amount of money spent.

Mainly use it for the morning weather and traffic and then stream (not live) the rest of the time.

When your building has these materials, if possible it is best to place the antenna in a window to receive the best TV signals.
