I recently decided to cut the cord and invest in Chromecast and Mohu Leaf 50 antenna. I live about 45 miles from the nearest tower. The setup took about 10 minutes. After scanning I received about 25 channels. So far I havent lost the signal while watching TV. Great design as well. Very happy with my purchase.

Really easy set up, Comes with a white extra long cord (compared to others) which I can hide along our walls to reach a window, and I get all the channels I want. FYI, I am not a huge TV watcher except for occasional local channels. When I want to watch something on channels like HGTV, HBO, etc, I stream them on my roku!

I bought this antenna for an extra bedroom where the tv isn't used very often rather then pay to have another cable box hooked. This antenna is simple to install and the reception is excellent. The antenna receives over 50 channels crystal clear. Super surprised and super happy with this purchase.

I have this on a new LG 4K 40" TV for local stations, and cut the cable and went streaming. I never in my life thought I'd be going back to an antenna! I could not believe how sharp the reception is with this Leaf. Much better than the cable company. And I never realized how many stations were available. I picked up around 40 with this Leaf 50. (I'm inner city, but also each network has several sub-stations - that's why so many in this case.) Setup was easy - just plug the 2 plugs into the TV and attach to wall. The Leaf panel was a little smaller than I thought and very light and flexible, and it blended in fine with the white walls. I just used 2 of the 4 stick-on attachments, and it did drop off once. I press on those 2 every now and then just so it won't drop off again. I couldn't believe how it could pick up so many stations so well in that one orientation, but it actually does what it promised! I don't why I even had cable before. I'm antenna for life now! And I'd say get the 50, why scrimp and go smaller.

Upgraded from an old RCA antenna to the leaf. Was very pleased with the clarity of the picture as well as the additional channels that were received by the leaf. The small size (compared to the old RCA antenna) allows for easy mounting of the antenna.

I bought this for my TCL 5 series that's wall mounted in a secondary room of the house. I'm not running satellite or cable to this TV. I'm using the power outlet for the amplifier due to using a flash drive in the TV's usb port for pausing live TV. I originally connected the antenna and had it resting on the wall mount behind the TV so it could not be seen while standing in front. It picked up 35 channels and you have to remember that some of those are additional to a particular network (5.1. 5.2. etc). I'm in the Phoenix area and both 3 of the main local networks including ABC and CBS came in very strong with 5 bars of strength. I did not get FOX, NBC or the CW. I ended out moving the antenna up the wall to where the bottom that is connected to the coax cable is almost seen. I now pick up around 70 channels. Fox, NBC and the CW have 3 of 5 bars in strength now. For some reason I'm not receiving PBS even though it's in the channel list guide. It doesn't even show up with any pixeling. I might need to move the antenna slightly and run the channel search process again. Overall, it is a good product with many channels in 1080 or 720 resolution.

I bought this hopping to get more channels and better reception. This does it all helps with a longer coaxial cord you can move it around to find the right spot. Light weight very thin antenna best I found yet. East hook up. Going to buy another.

The antenna works magnificently. Just as well as (if not better than) any other TV antenna. Unfortunately, where I live happens to be just on the fringe of the antenna's range to the source of the TV stations. When we do get the picture, the it is crystal clear and often times better quality than a streaming service. But when there is disruption of the signal, the channels are basically unwatchable. Keep in mind this is not the fault of the product (it would be an even worse situation with the 30-mile version). If we lived closer to a major city, there wouldn't be an issue. Or perhaps if we had gone with the larger 60-mile range version. My advice would be to check your location before purchasing any antenna (not just this one). There are websites out there that will tell you what stations you'll get and the optimal range antenna to buy. Wish I'd known that beforehand. But as I said. If you are in a larger city or on the edge of one, this will be perfect for you.

I decided to cut the cord, get rid of cable, and try digital broadcast. After checking out reviews of various antennas, and upon recommendation of the Best Buy staff, I chose the Mohu Leaf 50. I live about 25 miles from a cluster of broadcast antennas, and decided to spend a few more bucks for a 50, rather than a 30. I am very pleased with its performance. Clear picture, lots of channels, only occasional pixelation. I even pick up several channels from more distant markets that I did not expect to receive. Nice product that did not disappoint. I'm saving $160/month by discontinuing a worthless cable subscription. Some of the digital broadcast channels a cheesy, but overall, I get enough movies, news, sports, and other programming to confirm that my decision to go Mohu was the right one for me.

Get the version with the amplifier, it will boost your reception. I bought the regular one and returned it. I live by a little mountain/knoll so maybe that's why the amplifier works better. The square antenna come with one side in white and the other in black to help match your wall or area. Push pins were cheap, but came in both black and white, plus double sided stickies.

The antenna worked great compared to the old one I was using. It picked up more channels and is a little smaller. But the included 16foot coax cable has this nasty white residue on it. And it left this white powder all over my hands and my couch when I was unraveling it. The powder came right off but its strange for a coax cable to be like that.

This antenna works really well. To get it setup right you need look online at where TV signals are being broadcast and face th antenna in that direction. Once I did this I had about 20 clear hd channels. Actually watched the super bowl using this antenna! Easy setup done in less then 5 minutes.

After so much frustration with Xfinity and other cable companies, I am very satisfied with the service if this product. Depending on your living area, you may receive different tv channels. Not a variety of premium channels, but I rather save the frustration of being ripped off by cable companies with their tricki tactics; and enjoy watching family-oriented tv programs and local news for free with this option. It is the best indoor antenna I have found and very easy to install. Now I don't have to be financially victimized by cable companies. Something positive and worth of recognition from government-related regulations to provide good options to the consumers. Price of this antenna is a little high but still reasonable depending on the area you live for the reception of channels you will receive.

We pick up most of the channels I expected with the exception of 2 (and its' sub channels) I'm ok with that. It is very possible I could move the antenna to an undesirable location and have a chance at catching those channels without losing others. The setup is easy. As a tip, use the 3m strips to hang it without putting holes in the wall :)

Due to being on the go all the time I cancelled my cable, and was looking for an alternative to just watching Netflix on my phone or tv, I.e. I wanted to see the local news once in a while. The sales guy at the store was super helpful and very honest. He gave an upfront disclosure that this wasn’t guaranteed to work and it depended on the area you live in. I took the chance anyway. $50 bucks one time vs $150 a month, it was worth the risk! I connected it, which was super simple to do, and it worked without issue. There are about 20 channels in English I get, ya some Spanish and I believe Indian channels. From time to time I will lose a channel for a bit, but nothing to complain about... again I’m not paying for cable anymore. I recommend this one as an alternative to cable. Of course you do not get your favorite cable Channels. But you can Definitely find something to watch on tv to pass the time.

I have to mention that I am within 30 miles of most of the towers but for the 3 that are around 55 miles away I still get excellent signals. You will have to play around to get the best position for your area but in any location this is a great product as you can paint to match you wall.

I was happy with how quick this was to connect and set up. The provided cables are sufficiently long to make connecting and mounting the antenna easy. Love how thin and light the antenna is too! Works well - we now get a lot of local HD channels we couldn't get with rabbit ears. Great alternative to high priced cable in our area to watch local HD channels.
