Good idea for local channels and more.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the Mohu leaf 30 and bought this one with amplifier to see if it would reduce interference and pixeling when trains go by the house. It worked well and there is no pixeling so far. However, I lost a popular local channel with this. Not sure how since it’s amplified but there’s nothing but static on that channel now. This amplified leaf did what I expected from it.

These work well in some rooms but not in others

In some rooms they work well, in some rooms they don’t. It’s hard to predict. We also bought a rooftop antenna, but have not connected it yet. That is probably a better solution for us.

I do have rain fade issues on two of the channels. Also, if a vacuum cleaner or coffee grinder is being used in the house it will cause the picture to pixelate. I attached the antenna to my second floor window facing north
