It is amplified and didn't really feel it did any better than a non amplified antenna half the price. I do have to move it around to get a signal sometimes.

Not at good as expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this because I have Direct tv and in Florida where it rains every day during the summer we miss plenty of our favorite shows and games when the signal is lost. I received less channels than I did with my Radio Shack amplified bunny ears. Even the ones I never have trouble getting on the old antenna this one won’t get them at all. Any time of the day or night I don’t get CBS or Fox.

Good Antenna for the Price

Great HDTV antenna

Awesome Antenna
