Not needed in the city

This powered antenna didn't get better reception. It pulled in less channels then my cheap non powered antenna. I'm not sure of how it will work in the suburbs but, its not worth the extra $ for NYC.

Nice little antenna

It does give us more channels than our old one and the picture is much better. It’s a little pricey but I think it’s worth the price. The extender helps pick up the extra channels.
