Excellent reception, easy to hide behind TV

Used velcro command strips to install behind my wall hung TV and worked great. The amplifier appears to work great. Very happy with this purchase.

The range seems better and the last one I purchased for another TV a few years ago was great but this receives IMO a far stronger signal.

Wrong. It doesn't even provide me local channels clearly. Some channels I cannot even get! It constantly pixilates & makes the screen go away. I wish I could return, but I'm past the return window.

This is the second one that I have bought, and I love them. I have one in my living room and the other one in my bedroom. When my friends come over, they are surprised of the clarity that I can get without paying a lot of money.

I'm missing Los angeles Channel 7, 9, and 11 which are major LA County channels. I'm gonna have to look for a stronger antenna. For now I have to stick with channels 2, 4 and 13.

Posted .Hi Arco! Thank you for your honest review of our Mohu Leaf Amplified HDTV Antenna. Depending on your distance from the nearest towers, you may want to run a channel scan without the included amplifier. Over-amplification can occur if you are trying to use an amp too close to the broadcast towers. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If this does not help, before you return the antenna, please give our tech support team a call at 877-825-5572 and they will perform a FREE signal analysis, this will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem may be.
