Greetings! Thank you for your purchase. Placing an antenna in the right location is the key to getting better signals. For indoor purposes, even an indoor/outdoor antenna needs to be up high. Towers are 1500 feet up in the air. Most of those signals are not pointing down, so we always recommend placing the antenna up as high as possible to achieve the best signal reception. Sorry you are having issues with the Mohu Leaf antenna. When you move the antenna, we recommend you rescan the TV for channels at every location you try. Digital signals are not like the older analog signals when in the analog days you move the antenna and it clears up the interference, you need to rescan with digital signals. Hi there, we are very sorry to hear our Mohu Leaf Amplified TV Antenna is not working out for you. There are many factors that can cause TV signal interference, like terrain and obstacles between your home and the TV tower which is most likely why you are not receiving certain channels. You may also want to try running a channel scan without the included amplifier. Sometimes over-amplification can occur if you are in a short distance from the towers and it is not needed. It is also important to remember to place the antenna as high as possible to achieve the best signal reception, and re-scan for channels each time the antenna is moved to a different location. Hello from Mohu! We are very sorry to hear this. Did you happen to give our customer care team a call to help troubleshoot or get tips on how to possibly fix the issue? If not, please call us and we will be happy to help make this right. It may be something simple like not needing an amplifier depending on your distance to the broadcast towers. Sometime over-amplification can occur if you are trying to use an amp too close to the towers and can very well make your reception worse. We are here Monday-Friday to assist at 877-825-5572. In an apartment building, even indoor antennas can be tricky. We recommend you try placing the antenna as high as possible, as trees and buildings can block the TV signals. You will also need to face the antenna towards the largest cluster of towers in your area. You may need to move the antenna to several locations to find the best reception.
