    I get only about 4 or 5 channels that come in clear. A little disappointed

    We get fewer channels then the ones we had on our prior indoor antenna, According to the FCC, we should get WKTV, WUTR, WFXV, WSYR, WSPX, WSTM, WTVH, WCNY, WSYT, WE do not get WSYR, WSYT, WFXV, WSTM, and WUTR and WTVH cut in and out every half second or so. Basically, we get 3-4 channels. Waste of my money.

If not, please call us and we will be happy to help make this right. It may be something simple like not needing an amplifier depending on your distance to the broadcast towers.     Not worth the money also this is not bi-directional it needs to be pointed in the direction of the ota stations. I tried several different things nothing worked I could only pick up about 5 channels. Also had trouble screwing on the antenna cable to the tv.

There are many factors that can cause TV signal interference, like terrain and obstacles between your home and the TV tower which is most likely why you are not receiving certain channels. You may also want to try running a channel scan without the included amplifier. Sometimes over-amplification can occur if you are in a short distance from the towers and it is not needed. It is also important to remember to place the antenna as high as possible to achieve the best signal reception, and re-scan for channels each time the antenna is moved to a different location.       Greetings! We apologize you have not had a great experience with our Mohu Leaf Amplified HDTV Antenna. All locations and terrains are different. If you are in a more urban area, or at a closer distance to the broadcast towers, there is a good chance you do not need an amplifier. Over-amplification can occur within a shorter distance to the towers and could very well make your reception worse. Please try switching off the amplifier from new antenna and re-scanning for channels to see if this helps. If not, please give us a call at 877-825-5572 so we can perform a very thorough signal analysis of your area to see what the problem could be. We are here Monday - Saturday to help!     Caused issue with TV

    I used it less than a week & my 82 inch TV broke. I have to buy a new TV. Not sure if using this antenna caused the issue or it was just a coincidence, but I think the antenna power being sourced from the USB on the TV might have caused the problem.

      Hello from Mohu! This is purely coincidental. The host port (TV) allows for 500mA per USB port. The amplifier draws a mere 100mA of power per port. The host port from the TV controls all aspects of the power draw. If at anytime the TVs USB port rejects the power the TV will simply turn itself off - nothing more.     Glitchy and frozen pictures. No consistent connection or audio. Complete waste of time to purchase this. Moved it around as suggested but no improvement to the signal. Had to return it.

In most cases an amplifier isn’t necessary unless TV signals in your area are low power, or you have longer cable runs to multiple TV.     Did not pickup any local broadcast stations that had local programming and news or weather. Got a few shopping channels. Coventry RI is only about 20 miles from the local stations
