Posted .Hi there! With any antenna, we always suggest moving it to several different locations, and running a cannel scan after each placement, before attaching the antenna to a certain spot. Sometimes it may take a few tries to locate the "sweet spot". We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If you continue to have trouble after trying this, please give our support team a call at 877-825-5572, and they will perform a free signal analysis of your location to help pinpoint what the problem may be. We are available Monday-Friday to help. We appreciate your purchase and honest feedback.

It only found 13 DTV air (depending on your area) channels and only about seven of the channels came in. Even those channels sometimes scramble or do not come in. I originally had it hooked on our HDTV downstairs; it did not work downstairs, so I brought it upstairs and put it in the window. No better connection or channels. Back to the store it goes.

Posted .Hi Gail! We apologize you have not had a great experience with our Mohu Leaf Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna. Please try scanning for channels without the included amplifier. In most cases an amplifier isn’t necessary unless TV signals in your area are low power, or you have longer cable runs to multiple TVs. Also, try installing the antenna as high up as possible on a wall or in the window. Any antenna has a hard time reaching its full potential if it is located lower to the ground. If these tips do not help, before you return the product to the store, please give our customer support team a call at 877-825-5572. We will have tips on how to receive the best signals and can perform a signal analysis of your area to see if this antenna is right for you and your setup. Posted .Try moving the antenna away from the TV or place it in a window. Rescan the TV for channels again. If this doesn't help your reception, please give us a call at 877-825-5572 and we will check the signals at your location to see if there is an obstruction between your home and the towers. No Reception
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately, wherever I mounted this, both indoors and then outdoors with an extension cable, I was unable to pick up any clear signals. I live in a city that is close to all of the adjacent towers and still no reception at all. I'll chalk this up as a lesson learned. All of the positive reviews were either way off or I just ended up with a lemon.

Posted .Greetings RichardH, Mohu here! We apologize you have not had a great experience with our Mohu Leaf Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna. All locations and terrains are different. Considering you are at a closer distance (only 30-miles) to the broadcast towers, there is a good chance you do not need an amplifier. Over-amplification can occur within a shorter distance to the towers and could very well make your reception worse. Please try removing the amplifier from new antenna and re-scanning for channels to see if this helps. If not, please give us a call at 877-825-5572 so we can perform a FREE signal analysis of your area to see what the problem could be. We are here Monday-Friday to help! Posted .Hello from Mohu! We are sorry to hear you didn't like the channels you had to choose from when using the Mohu Leaf Amplified Antenna. This isn't the antenna's fault, this would be a complaint to the broadcast television stations in your area. Most regions receive about 50 channels or more, including ABC, CBS, NBC, The CW, PBS, and many more TV stations with some pretty amazing live events and a lot of broadcasters are televising sports now as well. If you find yourself watching local network TV channels this is the perfect alternative to compliment streaming.
