    I’m about to return this antenna try so many times to program Channels only grab 4 even after i change locations of the tv and antenna

Depending on your distance from the nearest towers, you may want to run a channel scan without the included amplifier. Over-amplification can occur if you are trying to use an amp too close to the broadcast towers. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If this does not help, before you return the antenna, please give our tech support team a call at 877-825-5572 and they will perform a FREE detailed signal analysis of your location, this will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem may be.     It did not get a signal for me at all. I am surrounded by a hill and lots of trees that must block signals. Was disappointing, but not products fault.

    We could get only 6 channels with this. We have trees on 2 sides so don't know if that was a factor.

      Hi RogerC! Trees and other surrounding terrain could very well be a factor in how much signal you can pull in from the towers. We always recommend you place the antenna as high as possible, as trees and buildings can block some TV signals. You may want to scan for channels without the included amplifier if you have not already done so to see if that may help.       Hi Pego, make sure you are placing the antenna up high on the wall or in a window. If by the TV, that is ok, you may need to move the antenna over further away from the TV. After you install the antenna, you need to run a full channel scan on the TV to ensure you are receiving all the available channels. If you need any help, we are here at 877-825-5572 Mon - Fri CST.     It connected and scanned ok. Only a couple channels appeared though and then cut off.

      Try moving the antenna away from the TV or place it in a window. Rescan the TV for channels again. If this doesn't help your reception, please give us a call at 877-825-5572 and we will check the signals at your location to see if there is an obstruction between your home and the towers.     This did not work for us at all. We are less than 30 miles from several towers and couldn't get anything other than squares not whole pictures. We got a smaller less expensive antenna and it works great!

    This antenna is poorly designed. The cable is not detachable and you cannot upgrade to a better cable. It only picks up a few channels.

There are many factors that can cause TV signal interference, like terrain and obstacles between your home and the TV tower which is most likely why you are not receiving certain channels. You may also want to try running a channel scan without the included amplifier. Sometimes over-amplification can occur if you are in a short distance from the towers and it is not needed. It is also important to remember to place the antenna as high as possible to achieve the best signal reception, and re-scan for channels each time the antenna is moved to a different location. Please remember to rescan your TV for channels at every location you try placing the antenna. This is a very important step as digital antennas are not the same as analog antennas where you can simply move the antenna around and see more TV channels or where the reception gets a little better - you will see some effects of moving the antenna around, but it is always best to rescan the TV for channels.
